I was in the office as Victoria P was having a breathalyzer put in her car for a DUI. She was upset because the install was taking a while and they were waiting for a part. She stated to Tom (the owner) that his office smelled (which it didn't) and that no one was helping her (which didn't seem to be true in my eyes). I purchased a very nice Sedan from Tom and Gary. They made the buying process very easy and I felt very comfortable in the establishment (aside from Victoria P). If you are interested in purchasing a used car in Eastern CT, Tom and Gary are the ones to contact.

This place should be shut down. Owner is rude, poor quality of workmanship, place is small and dirty and the prices are high. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that can provide proper, inexpensive, and courteous service.

Tom is a great man who cares deeply for his customers and friends. He is also a great family man. He is so close to his grandkids and they are always out helping him. The boys are very friendly and care about their grandpa so much. As for the technician, Steve, he is unbelievable. He knows just about anything that is going on in your car. I've never seen such a good mechanic. They make sure everything gets done right. I would definitely recommend Coventry Auto to anyone who wants to do easy business and buy a reliable car.
