Great Service

Kevin was very helpful and explained how long the visit would take and offered a ride to get lunch. Kevin has always answered all questions and is very knowledgeable.

GMC Truck

Purchasing a new vehicle is usually stressful because of all the decisions and commitment required. Scott Brotherton was so friendly and helpful that this purchase was quite pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional and made us glad we had chosen Lou Fusz.

Beautiful dealership, excellent sales staff

The experience I had at your dealership was excellent and I would recommend Brett in finance and especially Scott Brotherton in sales to anybody wanting to purchase a Buick or a GMC these guys are excellent and made it extremely easy for me to obtain my 2015 GMC Canyon.

Excellent SUV buying experience!!

My wife and I just purchased a new GMC Acadia from Lou Fusz GMC/Buick and it was a very pleasant buying experience.. Our salesman Mike Gamblin was very professional and courteous I would recommend both Mike and Lou Fusz to any one looking to buy a new GMC or Buick.

Lou Fusz Car Buying Experience

I DID NOT experience the typical ?used car guy approach? yesterday at Lou Fusz Buick-GMC when I first met my salesman, Zach Hern, and I really appreciated that. He was pleasant, personable, courteous, neatly dressed, and presented himself very professionally. I also observed other salesman meeting and serving new clients and I was impressed by the way they treated people who were waiting on them. And Brad, our financial guru, was so easy to visit with; I felt like we'd known him for years. He definitely ?knows his stuff? which shortened our paper-signing time, which also translated further into me feeling like we really were valued customers. I will have no qualms whatsoever about recommending your dealership to other friends and/or prospective buyers. It was quite possibly ?the best? car buying experience for me in over decade or so, which would include the purchase of three cars in that amount of time.Thanks again for great service and a great vehicle.
