I was looking for a used Colorado and found one on the internet at this dealer. Test drove 2 times and they were super friendly and made sure that all the truck info was available for me. They were very cordial and fair when we starting the price negotiations. After agreeing on a purchase price they helped me arrange to have a cover and towing package on. They even took my old beater truck in trade (no other dealer wanted it). After a few weeks had a issue with a low tire and they got it in right away and took care of it. Very easy to work with. Good job Tri City Auto!

With being my first time financing a vehicle with little to no credit, they did their best at getting a loan through a bank.

When we called 2 days after purchase with a question, they were friendly and helpful, even offering to have us bring our vehicle in for them to fix for us. Joe & Mike both so helpful and thorough, with Mike even helping us with financing that gave us a better interest rate than we could get with our own credit union. We're always up for saving money! My career is in Purchasing and I deal with professional sales people daily. I cringe when I have to go to car dealers, especially used car dealers because many of them fit the stereo type and are anything but professional. I was pleasantly surprised working with the team at Tri City Auto. They were interested in meeting my needs and were not high pressure. I was comfortable that I could trust them and have been pleased with my purchase.

I cannot praise Tri City Auto enough for their pleasant and totally helpful nature when I came in to purchase my 2010 Toyota with 60,000 miles on it. When we arrived a gent was hosing off the car and when I went inside the gentleman at the desk said that he would be more than happy to look at any car problems that I might encounter, and when I called a few times after the purchase he answered my questions promptly and with a smile! I will be happy to recommend Tri City Auto to my friends and acquaintances.

Thanks to Tri city, I bought my first vehicle through them. They made it easy and fun! They also didn't let the car sell under me because I had to travel to come test drive it and timing with work and what not didn't work out. Also, mike (who sold me my car) was so nice. He took care of my car and me. There were a few repairs the car needed afterwards when I bought it and he took care of them all! He was a great person to work with and I wouldn't have bought my car anywhere else because they made me feel important. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly as well. Love my car too!
