I asked for information about vehicle for sale but they never replied to me. It's just a waste of time to ask for information, I guess they only deal with people in person

Was a fantastic experience in buying a used vehicle they really are the best in the valley. Adam was awesome in going the extra mile in explaining all the paperwork,and making everything so easy.

Didn't go through with purchase at this point, but the dealership in general and working with Josh was an easy and pleasant first experience. He had the vehicle of interest started and warmed up right around the time I hoped to arrive for a test drive. Great 4Runner, better than expected condition as well. To make a long story short, I would happily return to Tri-City and work with Josh on a purchase when timing (and money) pan out. Give them a visit! They run a great business.

We drove over 7 hours to pick up a car and they did not disappoint! Car was clean, good condition and staff was awesome! I always recommend getting a used car check no matter where you buy a car, but these guys are great! Easy transaction and was way worth the drive! Thank you!!!

We bought our 2015 Sienna 2 years ago for about $26k with 49k miles, and no issues whatsoever over that time. The van was in excellent condition and had new brakes installed. All our friends thought it was a brand new car, lol. They gave us a good trade-in price and we were able to make the numbers work--so we went ahead with the purchase. I definitely recommend this dealer based on my experience.

I was in a situation where I had to replace a ‘for now’ car with a ‘love my car’ car. I found it at Tri-City. They are a great American success story. They treat folks the way you would want to be treated. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and they went over and beyond what I have seen other dealers do. The transaction fee is the lowest I’ve seen in NE Wisconsin. They are an America loving business and that means everything to me. I am so glad I did business with them opposed to a big box dealer. Have confidence knowing if you work with Tri-City Auto, you will be treated fair and square. Good, honest car dealership, yes, HONEST!

Bought an 04 honda there last year and got pre inspection at an approved honda dealership in Appleton. They said only the muffler needed replacement. Three months ago I noticed the steam job tri city did on the engine began to peel to show the engine looked like crap. Two weeks ago I notice a whir from the rear end. The Honda approved service shop her in madison found the rear shocks and from ball joints over due long before I purchased it. I'm $1950.00 in the hole on service and repairs now. Thanks for nothing tri city. Good job on that engine steaming though. The cheap coating you followed it up with almost lasted an entire year. Best scam job I've seen yet.

Great place to buy a vehicle friendly honest knowledgeable. Awesome experience. Everything was a good vibe right from the start.no pressure and excellent selection of vehicles. They sell good quality used vehicles.

These guys GET IT. They know quality, reliable used cars - and that's all they put on the lot. Read the CarFax reports they provide on all cars and you will see what I mean. The CarFax's are excellent. You will get a great car at a very good price from these guys.

I bought a used Toyota Tundra through Tri City Auto Sales and I had a great experience with the staff there. It was a very welcoming atmosphere, everyone was helpful, and it wasn’t high pressure sales. I would highly recommend Tri City Auto for anyone buying used cars!
