Nancy O’Connor was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn’t a pushy salesperson and we appreciate that. Nancy got us a great deal.

Shawn was understand of my needs as far as financing. The sales team worked out a deal that perfectly fit what I needed. The car was in great condition as shown in the internet. I will definitely recommend and revisit Lou Fusz again.

When I made the appointment, Shawn told me it would take 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told it would take 1 hour. The upgrade actually took 1.5 hours. Note that I arrived at the scheduled appointment time. After the upgrade, Android auto would not function properly and my trip odometers were set to zero. The tech took the mute off my radio and left it on. My expectation is that the actual time should be close to the initial estimate and that my vehicle be left in the same state (absent the need for repair and the wash) as when I brought it in.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and completed as stated. I would recommend using them for your service work. I’m a satisfied customer

Service was about an hour wait for an oil change, which isn’t bad. The waiting area is beautiful and have you tempted to get a new car lol

Went to dealership twice, once to test drive and once to purchase; had a great experience both times with no pressure to add options out of my price range or rush the decision. Staff were friendly, helpful, and thorough. Would definitely buy there again!

The crew at Fusz Mazda Service is always great. What sets them apart this time was a slight problem I had with the loaner car. They got things straightened out right away without any additional worries on my part.

I took my Miata into get the hand brakes and clutch fixed. They wanted to replace my brakes and replace my muffler which had passed inspection the previous month. They replaced my fly wheel without asking. I took it to a shop who said it was warm but did not need to be replaced. I fixed the hand brake by adjusting one screw.

I've used Lou Fusz service off and on for years. Always had pleasant experiences with staff. Servicing is thorough and explanation of work is explained.. Work is usually completed in a timely manner.Love new waiting area.
