Our car went in for a service issue that was supposedly

Our car went in for a service issue that was supposedly fixed before we bought from Tigard. Not trusting Tigard we went to Salem. The service department, our service rep was Aaron, very helpful, honest and loyal to BMW. The only options was to ask for help due to the never ending safety issues with the car we needed to get out of it. James, Brian and Craig were the best to work with. With James being the sales manager and finance manager, while the fiance manger involved in an accident. After the horrible experience with working with buying from Tigard BMW, James stepped up to remedy the car that Tigard should not have sold as road safe. We bought a new X5. They understood what we had been through with dealing with Mr. Higgins at Tigard and how he had tarnished the reputation of BMW. Salem did not have to help us out but they believe in the company they represent and work for. Thank you Salem from the bottom of our heart.

Bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta here in April of '24.

Bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta here in April of '24. The sales team was very helpful and easy to work with. The car had low miles and was in great condition. My experience with the service department was very good as well. So far my experience with BMW of Salem has been very positive.

Purchased a used 2022 X3 here.

Purchased a used 2022 X3 here. The dealership staff were professional and friendly and easy to work with. The service department that prepared the car for delivery was terrible. The department replaced two tires on the car, did the other normal maintenance and sent it on its way to us. A few days after the car was delivered, I drove it on US 97 for about 14 miles. The car was all over the road to the point that I had to try and force it to stay straight. Subsequently I had the alignment checked and was told it was the worst alignment the tech had ever seen. Cost $190. Subsequently I took a longer road trip, and the car was again difficult to control. Took it to a tire dealer that after examining the two front tires said that they had obviously been bizarrely worn due to the misalignment and recommended that they be replaced. $705 for the tires. Had the service department bothered to check the alignment on the vehicle and made the appropriate repairs none of this would have happened. The dealer has agreed to reimburse me for all expenses.

BMW OF Salem agreed to reimbursed me for all expenses. Obviously this is a company that stands by their products and is not afraid to accept responsibility if something is not done properly.

I have had great service from salws and reasonably good

I have had great service from salws and reasonably good service from the aervice department nut the Parts department is another story callled to see if BMW stoaked dreasing for convertible top seals which comes eithr in spray or tube to apply to seal gasket after cleaning to refresh rubber and is part of regulator maintenance; no clue obviously no or minimal knowledge

Closed the deal on our very clean pre-owned Highlander without issue. Ames followed up and was ready to help out if we had issues. BMW of Salem is the first place we will look when we need another car.
