I have been looking for a used jeep grand Cherokee at every car dealer from the northland to Kansas City Kansas and this was by far the best vehicle I have found with a better price than others that were older and had more mileage. would recommend to anyone wanting a good vehicle for a good price!

If you are visiting this place for saving some $500- $1000, i would recommend you to spend money at a renowned dealership instead of wasting your money and self respect with JOHN . This guy will treat you like he is doing a favor to you by selling his car to you. He is Lazy and highly unprofessional. He will try to talk you through and will try to convince that his cars are best price. He will create pressure by forcing you to make decision as other are also inquiring for that car. Wonder, why he has so low price? Because he sells those cars which have some hidden issues which can not be seen properly and if you take his car to the nearest Firestone (Who happen to be his friend's) get checked before buying, they wont even utter anything. You would think that you saved a couple of hundreds or thousands but eventually you would end up loosing money for fixing those issues and added to which, this guy will make you car buying experience a NIGHTMARE!! Never ever even visit this place.

Very casual and friendly, I felt included in my car hunt at Pinnacle, where-as at other places I had felt more like I was being force-fed. The price was upfront, nothing changed at the end of the process, and the price itself was by far around $2,000 less for the same car (year and model) with twice the mileage at carmax. I'd done a lot of shopping around for a wide range of vehicles, and Pinnacle was by far the best for the best price, not to mention the best experience. I felt like I had been treated the way I would have treated myself, if I have sold myself a car. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to others looking to buy a quality vehicle, John was great and his prices are fair, and the best part is there's no haggling required!

Overall buying experience was easy and fast. I was a first time car buyer and was looking at several different dealerships. This dealer definitely had the best looking hondas at the best price. He was very knowledgable and helped us out with any questions we had. I was extremely satisfied with my customer service and the buying process was quick and easy.
