I was actually on my way to Carmax when a co worker mentioned Lux. I am big on reviews and customer service. I immediately checked out their website and it stood out because they acknowledged that people have many reasons in life for walking into a dealership good and bad. I remember Conner from the website and who walks out as soon as I pulled up Conner😁👏🏽 He not only LISTENED to my reason for being there. He made me feel comfortable with the whole process. He wasnt overbearing or pushy. He was actually great to work with. I didn't know what I was looking for but after a test drive or two with Conner I left with a 2017 Nissan Altima. The finance process(thanks to Brian) was a breeze. I didn't have to go to the RMV which was an added bonus. I will be back again for an upgrade when the time is right
