I was pleasantly surprised how easy the car buying process was with Lux. I went in with my fiancé not expecting anything because both of our credit isn’t great but Dan M was able to work magic and got us in a new car with a reasonable monthly payment. I have since sent my sister who also bought a car from Dan!

I usually do not write reviews but in this case my salesman Dan C. deserves many an accolade. My experience at Lux was seamless all due in part to the fantastic job of their sales team, especially Dan C. who went above and beyond to make sure that I got the truck I was looking for and more importantly in a price range that I could and would be able to afford. I really cannot thank him enough. I love my new GMC Elevation. I would recommend anyone out there to do business with Dan Cronin and Lux Auto!!

I work in a hospital. Part of our annual training is spent on modeling Customer Care. Both internal and external. Little does Lux Auto know but they exemplify that model. This dealership came highly recommended through word of mouth. My experience at Lux was by far the best experience I have had with any car purchase. From being greeted by the GM Joe, to my sales experience with Dan Cronin, and financial guru Vinny. I walked into the dealership with only a thought of what I wanted in options in a vehicle. I was open to the education that Dan and Joe gave me about Makes and Models.. It was not a quick in an out. They were patient with my questioning, and the process of buying the right vehicle for me . This venture took a few weeks. No pushing; no prodding, no over the top sales pitch. 100% truth from these men and this dealership. I am the proud and happy owner of 2016 Rav-4. Once the green light was given the process was seamless. Vinny patiently sat with me and answered all my questions about financing and warranty options. Explained each one thoroughly. Dan has an exuberant personality which I love. Dan worked around my work schedule for sale and pick up. He even stayed after closing to explain each feature and option the SUV had. Now if that doesn't exemplify custom care I don't know what does. Lux Auto....Thank You for a wonderful experience. I would gladly recommend Lux to family and friend!
