Very straight forward. Was told about a couple of issues that were going to be fixed. Very easy people to deal with and to talk to. Little bit back in a corner of a cul de sac, but I'm not holding that against them.

The process to buy was very easy and Mike and Brent seemed knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not try to push us into the vehicle. We went to NAW looking and drove the Audi and it felt like the right one. Probably spent more time at our bank getting the loan than we did at the dealer. At the present the deal was ine of the best car buy experiences I've had, on the other hand I want to drive the vehicle for at least 30 days before i write a review on the vehicle itself.

I have enjoyed the experience so far and look forward to picking up the car in a week or so! They assisted greatly by working with my bank and facilitating the transaction while I was traveling.
