    I have been a customer of Jimmy's for about 7 years now. I was referred from my son's school friend (which is Jimmy's son), and reached out to Jimmy to... buy a car. Ever since my initial car purchase, we have always gone back to Jimmy for all our family's cars. Jimmy can be hard to get a hold of, but for a great reason -- he is a workaholic, brilliant and a mastermind. He is very busy because people know he gets them the very best deals and exactly what they want. He is not only a businessman but a great consultant; if you're ever stuck between two cars, he can accurately weigh the pros & cons of both and lead you to the best decision. I have never been disappointed with Personalized Auto Group. Jimmy is the best in the business, and makes sure you are entirely happy with the car -- from repairs, selling your car, warranty information and everything in between. Jimmy and his stellar staff at Personalized Auto Group, are awesome and recommend him whenever I hear someone needs to lease or buy a new or used car.

    A week ago, I left a review of Jimmy & Joe's establishment that was filled with frustration and confusion as to the length and duration of my purchasing... process. I have since received my car and after I must say that I am happy with the end result. While Joe & Jimmy were not able to repair everything, they seemed to do the best they could and present me with a vehicle i would find value in. The car is super clean and mechanically sound. There were a few electrical issues they were unable to fix but all-in-all, I am happy with the car. I am writing this to say that these are good men. They could use more hands around their lot and certainly could do more in regard to customer service but it seems that they are trustworthy and stand behind their vehicles. I would recommend their services. Just be sure to manage your expectations wisely and not to expect too much too soon. Things take time with these guys but if you are clear about your objectives and expectations, they are likely to meet them.

    Just be careful. Things look good on the ad only for VIN 2HNYD2D60BH515584 even not showing up in carfax. I spent $75 to have 3 rd party to check the car... and found out this car had accident history on the both doors on the right and front fender. Joe admitted about the accident after I asked him about it. They should have being honest about the accident from the beginning instead of wasting potential buyer's money to have this car tested for the third party. Joe is a good guy, Jim is a cheap guy trying to charge 50 bucks for alignment which is required per result of third party review. DONT WASTE TIME on this shop.

    Jim & Joe at Personalized Auto Group are two gentlemen making a living brokering car negotiations. They are two men who should probably hire a few more... employees but I get the sense that they enjoy sharing the strong profits they receive from clients who are not well-informed or educated on the vehicles they are shopping for. There are a few gems in the portfolio at Personalized Auto Group. I have found that Jim & Joe may not be as aware of the issues or history of the cars they sell as they tell their clients and customers. The more you know, the better your negotiations will be and the less frustrated you will be in the end. In addition, their customer service is quite poor. In my 14+day negotiation (in which i was not trying to get lower price) with these men, I never received a phone call or email that wasn't initiated by a phone call from me as to why I hadn't heard from them. Each conversation i had with them, I was assured the car would be ready within 2 days and 14 days later, still no car. All this after a 6-hour visit to their showroom where I had an appointment 4 days prior. When i arrived to the showroom the car wasn't there and there was a host of excuses as to why it didn't show up until 6 hours later with numerous problems. Bottom line: These guys probably move cars fast and are in search of clients with quick Ca$h and few questions and demands of service. Being a salesman myself, i was quite taken back by how they've dealt with me. Good luck moving forward with them. I trust and hope you have a better experience than I did. I can not recommend Personalized Auto Group without hesitation.

    I have purchased several cars over the years from Jimmy at Personalized Auto Group and I have always been extremely happy. The service and prices are amazing.... I have referred them to several friends and family who have all had the same experience.

    Jimmy and his stellar team at Personalized Auto has, repeatedly, been a true pleasure to work with! For the past 10 years they are the only place we buy/lease... our new vehicles from and sell through. Tremendous customer service, unmatched integrity and impressive automobile knowledge base have defined our experience with Personalized Auto of Pasadena. We highly recommend them to everyone!
