Good Service/Poor Product

The Dealership Employees were great however, my real concern is with the actual product i.e. Chevy Equinox. We have owned a Honda, Nissan, Jeep and Ford and this is our first Chevy. We are very concerned with the reliability of the engine and are seriously considering trading this vehicle for a non-Chevy prior to the powertrain warranty expiring. We purchased this pre-owned vehicle from Jim Trenary and have owned this vehicle for approx. two years and quite frankly, we have been less than impressed with this vehicle... From the loud underperforming engine to a constant squeak compounded by an audible vibration in the speakers not to mention the MPG myth and now engine/timing chain issues.... The vehicle has just never "felt" right. We also own a 2005 Honda Accord w/ over 210,000 miles on it and are truly considering taking that vehicle on vacation this year over the Equinox with 46,000 - now that should speak volumes.

Great service! Very accomodating!

Had a great experience! They were very willing to accommodate me in what ever way they could. They were able to work with my schedule to fit me in right away to get a window problem fixed on my 2013 Malibu.

Good overall experience

I originally scheduled service via the website. A service representative contacted me via email quickly and confirmed service, then a phone call was placed to me in order to confirm the details of the work to be performed. I had several maintenance items done, plus an emissions item fixed that was causing a check engine light. I thought the services were priced on the high side, but they seemed to be thorough, and even told me about an issue with my brake pads. When I came to pick up my truck, the process to pay the bill took much longer than I expected (I had a coupon.) But otherwise, I was satisfied with the experience.

Great service and super clean facility

I received a coupon for a great deal on an oil change. I made an appointment and when arrived, was greeted with a smile. Service Department was fast and friendly. I will return again.

Salesmand awesome Finance guy horrible

The above answers only refer to your salesman Dave. However, your finance guy Tony was a complete jerk about the whole deal. When I would ask a question about the amount of the loan and if I could get the same car with other options he just kept saying "I don't know about the cars that's Dave". So, I wanted to talk to Dave and was told by Tony he was busy. Then when I said I didn't want the wet car due to the fact it was raining and the windows had been left down during the storm Tony told me the deal would be off. I didn't leave the windows down. When they brought the car up for me to see it the sales guys didn't roll the windows up cause it wasn't raining at that time. I didn't drive the car I ended up with due to it didn't have gas in it. Tony raised his voice telling me Dave told him I test drove the car. I did test drive a car. It was the silver model. The other thing I was confused by was Tony insisted the mileage was only 3 on the car but, when I started it the odometer read 25. This made me feel deceived by your finance officer. My experience with Dave was amazing. I do not know if I would come back due to the horrible experience I had with Tony though.

Great Service, and we showed up 30 min to close

Cory did a great job and made sure we left with what we wanted and needed. Our next vehicle will definitely be from Jim Trenry!!!

Pleasent and satisfying experience

Car buying has normally been an unpleasant experience for me, but I have to say that Brett Wilkenson turned it into a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Great Service

I was able to get my vehicle in for oil change quickly and it was completed fast. Service Manager was very friendly. Good experience.

Overall, except for the Advisor was excellent

After working for Chevrolet Dealers for 35 years and being retired from same for 10 years, I found a RUDE awakening and extremely poor reception. I was a dispatcher and advisor at a large metro dealer, my how things have changed. I made an appointment in advance and my husband waited ( Far too long) This situation has been rectified by Kyle Trenary -- who is the Master of Customer service. So we will be back and will recommend to all friends as usual. Kyle -- You Rock!!!! Please counsel with the advisor.
