This is my second time here and most definitely it was far better then the first purchase. Thanks to Clint Drew’s and Jose Batista everything that Sabates represents was shown through this two gentlemen. They worked hard for us and most of all they kept their word. If I had and questions or concerns they took care of it right away. Overall review excellent work guys, till next time.

Buyer beware!! Unethical sales tactics. Wasted an entire weekend working a deal and getting a price for our trade. Had the numbers verbally, in emails and in writing, and when we got there, they said they could not honor the trade amount. Tried to get us to pay significantly more for the car at the last second. We had bought two cars prior from them, and were shocked that they would treat a long-term customer this way. So beware, their word is no good even in writing.

I had my wife's Lincoln MKC in for its 20,000 mule service as well as to check in on some road noise coming from driver side front wheel area. First of all we utilized the Valet service which is the best! They showed up on time and it was very convenient. Afer researching the issue with the wheel noise our advisor Stan came to share with us that our tire had developed “flat spots” on it causing the loud noise. Stand and the Felix Sabates team took it upon themselves to order and replace all 4 tires on my wife’s car with new Michelin tires at noncost to us. They align d them as well and as a result the noise disappeared. We buy ALL our cars at Felix Sabates Ford/Lincoln and we never hesitate to also have all our service work done there as well. You can’t go wrong with Felix Sabates!

Pleasant experience with the purchase of our new vehicles! Clint was very knowledgeable and extremely accomadating. Answered all of our questions and helped seal our deals! I did not have a bad experience service was good. I never saw the person I was assigned to tho. So no interaction with any one other than the person that took my car. The wait wasnt long and of course the facility is great..

The year was 2003 and my husband bought his first F-150 that now has almost 300K miles on it. It’s still running but has outgrown our family of 3 young sons. After 15 years, it was time to purchase another truck so when deciding, he immediately had no doubts to buy another F-150! My husband and I came in to Felix Sabates this past Saturday to look at a specific truck which unfortunately was already sold. Clint met us at the door with a smile and showed us a special truck inside on the showroom and we immediately fell in love with it! We test drove the custom F-150 Lariat and negotiated for the next hour. From then we went home and had to decide if it was the right truck for us. On Thursday, we decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. We had to bring our 3 young sons to finalize the purchase on the truck but for the most part, the paperwork was completed. They treated our sons so well with snacks and drinks at the door and were able to get a family picture with our new truck! From our first encounter with our salesman Clint, financing with Michael, and finally figuring out all the new options and gadgets with Tia, we were highly impressed with the professionalism of this dealership!

I love my Navigator and this was the first time that I brought it in for service since the new ownership and renovations on the dealership. I was truly impressed and spoiled. The agents were extremely friendly and informative and the waiting area was immaculate. I was there for about 2 hours. I would have appreciated a little more update during my wait but the extra time taken to clean my vehicle was greatly appreciated. It looked and ran like new when I left. We are due for a new vehicle soon and I’ve been holding out for the Aviator. After this experience I feel even more confident in that decision. To me, Lincoln defines luxury. We have owned Lexus, Infiniti, BMW, Mercedes and even Jaguar but the Lincoln Navigator has been my clear favorite. And the new service area and experience will definitely help ensure that I am a Lincoln customer for many years to come. Please keep up the excellent service.
