While buying a car here is probably OK, Avoid their service department like it’s the plague. 6 to 8 phone calls no return phone calls horrible scheduling system and extremely poor customer service. This happens every single time we try to schedule service at this dealership. Once the warranty is over, I’m buying a New ford elsewhere. This dealership was far superior under the previous ownership.
