Ficken Ford Service Review

Great job done by Doug, the service consultant, and the mechanic. Loved the video from the mechanic on what is being done on the truck. Doug's constant communication on progress was excellent.

My daughter bought a used 2014 Ford Mustang V6 about 2.

My daughter bought a used 2014 Ford Mustang V6 about 2.5 months ago. Lack of communication from sale to paperwork to service! The car has been back there twice for service reasons. Dropped the car off yesterday morning, was told today it would be ready, only to call for status about an hour ago -whomever left for the day failed to call us before leaving! Just to be told that they need us to drive the car again in order for the service light to come on then bring it back to them. OR they get permission for a tech to take it home overnight????? I am done. Strongly don't recommend them.

Pete was good from the beginning.

Pete was good from the beginning. Even though he's relatively new, he had a good grasp on the process which made it easy for me. I was a little thrown off with the financing part of the process. It was presented in a rather hurried fashion for the amount of money I ended up spending. I've been driving for over 50 years and have bought many cars and never did I have any insurance for anything but the car. I called Jock 2 days ago to discuss some things and haven't heard back. the extra $7680 threw off my financing strategy which was originally going to be 3 years at 1.9% of $285.99. The added insurance knocked my total monthly outlay up $104 and added a year to my contract. This isn't something easily handled by someone on a fixed income.

Friendly service

We bought the car and overlooked the process of doing an all around inspection. Came home and noticed a small ding on it but was fixed.

Salesman Clent was very nice.

Salesman Clent was very nice. The finance department, Katherine was even sweeter. The two cars I bought, 2023 Edge and 2023 Bronco are both amazing. My only complaint was fully paying cash for the Bronco and having my daughters credit run for that purchase and SUPER lowering her credit score. There was no need to run a credit check on her since the Bronco was paid fully in cashier check! We did feel rushed through the process and in the end have two amazing new cars.

It was 2 plus years of wait, but my son love this car. The staff was friendly and always showed care for their customers. Ian Alves, was particularly helpful in keeping me informed and truly showed he cared about me and my family. He was great in meeting all our needs.
