2015 Dodge Durango

I look around for a 2015 Dodge Durango and I found the perfect Durango at Mark fricken Ford. Not only was the car in perfect condition but the dealership was also great. The sales Mgrs. Were easy to work with, the process of buying the truck was smooth and easy, no high pressure. The sales team were very attentive to my needs , very and nice to talk with on a common ground basic. For example , my sales person delivered my truck to my home with a full tank of gas , clean and it felt brand new. Awesome, Awesome dealership !!! 5 stars

I took my car to this dealer because of the quality of workmanship, what was listed on the recommended service list for the time and miles was done and I know it was done right. They call me whenever there is a recall or recommended service, but there is no pressure. My car runs great.

My car had a recall on the back up camera. Mark Ficken Lincoln came, picked the car up, & delivered back to me with a carwash. I was very extremely satisfied with the staff, service, & loaner they provided for me.

Lease buyout after moving to another state

Having just moved to NC from NY where I have dealt with the same dealership over 20 years, I was a little nervous. I was relieved to find everyone I dealt with at Ficken Ford Lincoln made me feel like I do at Heritage Lincoln in Syracuse, NY. I am family there and I was made to feel like family here too.
