Although it was difficult to let go of our car that we had had for nearly 16 years, purchasing our 2014 Edge was an enjoyable experience. Our salesman, Fred Stoner, was extremely helpful in the selection process, especially during our test drive. Katie got us set up with the Sync account while Lisa introduced us to the system and in the process, humor and a few coughs were observed. Even the painful process of writing the check was made less so by Daniela. Thanks to all of them for such a positive experience. We are enjoying our new Edge. Carmen and Kim

This past weekend my wife and I bought a 2014 Explorer...

This past weekend my wife and I bought a 2014 Explorer from Fred. I have known and worked with Fred for years. Fred worked really hard for us to get the deal that suited us. Fred is all about helping the costumer, which we really appreciate. We were able to get the deal worked out and are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Fred!

Greeted right as I walked onto the lot! Allowed me to test drive each vehicle I showed interest in and worked with me on getting all the options I was looking for. Negotiated a great price for my new car and even helped me find great financing. I had a great experience working with each individual in the dealership and will recommend them to friends and family in the future!

I came into Ford with the mindset that they were a...

I came into Ford with the mindset that they were a possibility, rather than the absolute goal. Upon meeting Bryan I was immediately pleased with his personality and ability to carry a conversation. I like to talk and joke, and Bryan kept right up with me with clever jokes and a good personality. When I asked a question, he answered it professionally. The most impressive aspect was his willingness to say, "I don't know, but I can find out." I've had several experiences with sales folks feeding me a line of.....you get it, when they really had no idea. Bryan's candor was impressive and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. Though I was rather aggressive with pricing and incentives, Bryan never said, "No," and tried to get me everything possible. Even after I got up and headed out the door, Bryan kept trying to work the sale, which inevitably occurred. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bryan and would recommend him to others considering buying from Ted Britt Ford. In fact, I was so pleased, I asked for a stack of cards to keep in my office, in case someone asked for a dealership/sales representative recommendation. 5 out of 5 in my book.

Fantastic, couldn't be happier!

My original review of this dealership was apparently substantially over the character limit, so, I will try to condense my sentiment down... Ted Britt Ford Lincoln was one of many places I contacted. I was looking for a Nissan Juke, preferably used, low-mileage, good condition, good price. I was also in the unenviable position of having a very old car that had reached critical condition and was hemorrhaging dollars on rental cars and futile, big dollar/small gain repairs. Whitney Sullivan stepped in and salvaged what was a very average initial interaction with this dealership by showing actual interest and empathy towards my situation, and by sticking to working through the process until all reasonable options where exhausted. He was professional, but in a personable way that makes you feel like you are dealing with a person and not a cardboard cutout of a "sales associate". Likewise, I felt like I was being treated as a person rather than a commission. I then met with Lisa Light who was a friendly and energetic woman. Her job at this phase of the process is really to serve as an aftermarket sales person, but you'd never know that by just dealing with her. The entire interaction was more a friendly conversation and an education on beneficial services, there were no pitches or sneaky tactics, just honest information delivered in a comfortable manner by someone fun to talk to. Finally I met with Daniela Vargas. She has quite possibly the hardest job of them all because she's the one who has to find you a deal you comfortable with and talk to you about adding a sizable expense to your life for the next several years. Once again, like the rest of the staff, she came through it professionally, candidly, and in a friendly and human way that didn't feel like a "phase of the sales process". While my original review may have been too much for most people to bother reading, it really did a much more accurate job of expressing how much I appreciate these folks. Yes, they are at a job, it is their responsibility to make money for their company, and their need to earn a wage themselves. Each of them, however, approached that in a way that (in my opinion) the right way; you start off being a person, you treat the people you meet as individual people, with their own needs and their own situations, and you take it from there. If you hold on to that from start to finish, through the paperwork and the negotiations and the money and all the business-end of the interaction...you earn return customers and people who will recommend you to anyone they know. Anyone can just take your money...it's something else entirely to have earned it and to deserve it. Each one of these people was instrumental in their own way for me driving a car off of the lot, both in making it possible for me to do it, and also by absolutely deserving my business.

I really had a great experience buying from Ted Britt...

I really had a great experience buying from Ted Britt Ford. All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Mike Kennedy whose approach I admired for several reasons including 1. Follow-up, 2. Straight-forwardness and trustworthiness, 3. Effort. In fact, the entire sales staff with whom I dealt exhibited these attributes to include those sales people who always made sure that I was being helped when it seemed I might be wandering around looking for something. I also had great interactions with the post-sale folks including Sabrina Morgan and Lisa Light-- everyone had a great sense of humor and were incredibly helpful.

We had a wonderful buying experience at Ted Britt of...

We had a wonderful buying experience at Ted Britt of Chantilly. Leonia Durant was very friendly and had our car that we selected ready to go (as we had called in advance and were coming from out of state). Lisa Light was very helpfull with explaining the My Ford Touch system, and even helped via text message for several weeks after our purchase with other questions that I had about that system and a few other things. She responding quickly to my inquiries and was always polite and sounded genuinely excited to help. Jimmy Son in financing was very knowledgeable about purchasing from out of state as he used to work in the state we are from. I have never bought a car from out of state before and this put our minds at ease. I only wished this dealership was closer to us so we could use them for service on our car!

We began our experience online with John Church and Leonia Durant followed through and sealed the deal!! Outstanding from start to finish! We rolled out with a vehicle within 8 hours of first contact with John over the internet--the exact specifications we wanted at a fair price. John was extremely helpful; very knowledgeable and courteous. Leonia was also super helpful, a joy to work with! When service could not retrieve our vehicle from the remote lot, she continued to engage to get answers. She provided another vehicle that was on the dealer lot, which exactly met our requirements. She was very helpful ensuring we were comfortable with the change and fully satisfied. Katie was also helpful uploading the NAV database, syncing our phones, and explaining vehicle electronics. Would absolutely recommend this team!

I was treated fairly by the staff of Ted Britt Ford. My sales associate was a little pushy but I was asking for alot. They did there job to get me a good deal and I was happy when I left. I was satisfied enough to do business with Ted Britt and now I have the Ted Britt 4 Life package on my truck.

My car was totaled, so I had a few days to find a car...

My car was totaled, so I had a few days to find a car before my rental was due. After a stressful week of car searching and an unproductive trip to another dealer, I decided to carryout my search online to avoid any other negative experiences. My old car was a Nissan and I wanted an equivalent replacement. I found the perfect car via online search, which happened to be sold at Ted Britt. I was definitely impressed by how clean and well taken care of the care was in the pictures (though it's reflected in their fees). After my experience at the other dealer, all I wanted to do was sort out the price before getting my hopes up, especially since I live quite far from Chantilly. I made contact with Brian Affricano on a Thursday evening, and the next day he called back to follow-up. I told him my firm price, so he went back to discuss with his manager. By that afternoon, I was on my way to pick up the car. All in all, an easy enough experience. I was surprised by how easy-going the staff was once I arrived. They were likeable, friendly and not aggressive about any of the add-ons or financing options, which made it a really easy experience. Brian even offered to have my car washed the next time I pass through town. I hit a pothole at the intersection in front of the dealer, and Brian called the rental company next door to pick up the car, which was helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.
