I brought my niece in to buy her first car. She was extremely nervous but Harley was fantastic. He listened to what she was looking for and after a couple of test drives, found the perfect car! The process of getting a loan approved wasn't too painful and before we knew it she was driving away a beautiful car.

Kierre was great, he was able to answer all our questions without pressuring us for a sale. Bought a used EV in good shape for a good price.

Micheal was great getting us information about the vehicles initially and Aaron was so helpful once we got into the store. The place was really welcoming and they even have a welcome dog that will let you hang out while your information is being processed.

Kaylah was amazing! Highly recommended goben! Go buy a car from her! Absolutely wonderful experience! I have never been. Happier buying a car! 10/10 stars!

I was looking for a used Prius and Goben West had one with low mileage. I called, went out for a test drive and then took it to MY mechanic which they had no problem allowing me to do. Car was in very good shape other than 2 of the tires had cupping, which Goben replaced with a new set of 4 with no hesitation. I worked with Michael Judon and he was personable, a good communicator and answered all questions. I would definitely work with him again. There was no "dealing" on price as car is in high demand, and when I did comparables, it was a fair price. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Crystal runs a good team at the West side!
