DO NOt USE THIS DEALER SHIP !!!! after spending a couple of hours going back-and-forth on numbers, we came to an agreement that I went back to finance. He was very rude. Wouldn’t check multiple finance places for the best rating. He handed me an iPad to do electronic signatures so I was reading through the paperwork and signing some of it, but I couldn’t see all the numbers when I asked questions about the numbers. He was very rude and I said I don’t like signing this because I can’t see the numbers written out. He said they were right and I put the iPad on his desk and said, I can’t read everything , he finished and submit and I was very upset. He did that walked out of the office. The sales man came outside to get me and I told him about everything. He asked if I wanted to go to another finance guy, but I said he already hit submit he had no right to do that. He went back and got the paperwork and told me that I had a couple more pages to sign so I was able to read those last page and sign it when I got home and read the paperwork. The numbers were wrong we agreed on 12,000 on my trade on and they only gave me 11,500. I knew it didn’t seem right. I should’ve had him bring my car back to me and leave extremely upset with the lies and manipulation.

Very helpful, very good to work with, made the process

Very helpful, very good to work with, made the process super simple! Dan Moore was very happy to help and made everything from figuring out which car I wanted to go for and getting all the information with it super easy to do!

I worked with Dan Moore who did a fantastic job

I worked with Dan Moore who did a fantastic job representing Lou Fusz Chevrolet! His follow up and diligence to complete my sale was top notch! He answered all of my question, sent photos etc as I live in Illinois. After several communications with him I drove to Missouri and purchased the car. He then arranged to have it delivered to me. Needless to say I am very pleased with Dan and Lou Fusz Chevrolet!

Where to begin…I’ve been coming to this dealership for

Where to begin…I’ve been coming to this dealership for close to 10 years for routine maintenance. Never had any issues until recently. I came in for general oil change. Stupidly, I agree to do the “extras” because it’s summer time and I expect to have a few road trips and need my vehicle running well. They have never proven me wrong until now. I came in with no issues but left with an engine light and thousands of dollars in repairs. I spent almost $7k between routine maintenance and now repairs in less than a month. Is it fixed?? Nope! Now I’m waiting on parts again to fix the so called same issue that was supposed to be repaired the first time….i guess third times a charm. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. I’m so mad that I’m being taken advantage of. They are attempting to fix the issue again but I have zero confidence.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely ridiculous. I originally brought my Camaro in for a big oil leak (under warranty), they said they diagnosed the car and found the issue. they replaced a whole bunch of seals, did a oil change and still didn’t fix the oil leak. I picked up the car a couple days later and noticed once I got home it was still leaking a little, I figured it was just residual oil from the tech not cleaning it all off. So I brushed it off but that was a mistake because once It came time for me to do my next oil change I looked under the car and saw there was oil all over my exhaust, oil pan, oil cooler, skid plate, and the passenger side. Called the dealership asking if there was any way to diag it again to find the ACTUAL issue. They magically found it was the oil pressure switch that is a $5,000 job to replace. The first seal replacement was only 700$. The oil pressure switch is the lowest point on the oil pan which tells me they clearly diagnosed it wrong the first time. They are refusing to stand behind their work and make things right

I met with Dan Moore twice for two different vehicles and he was helpful both times and gave me some humor as well. I recommend him and Lusz Fouz.

My husband and I have purchased around 9 vehicles from

My husband and I have purchased around 9 vehicles from this dealership since 2005. I have a 23 Malibu,(purchased 1/21/23) it has been brought in 4 times due to the radio locking up, the rearview camera fish eyeing, and the drivers side windshield wiper not clearing the window. I was told by Josh (Service manager) he had never seen anything like it. So to solve the problem, they put on a new wiper. Still same issue. As far as the radio/camera issue, service man laughed at me 4 times in the same conversation. Still not fixed. My husband bought a 21 Silverado (purchased 8/21). His engine light came on. When he took it in they told him to bring it in on March 5th to be fixed. The evening of the 4th he showed up and they tell him he is not on the schedule. He has waited for almost 2 months for this appointment. Spoke to the salesmanger since service had all went home. He said the parts are here and let me see if I can get it taken care of. It is now the 6th of March, I call to see when it is scheduled. The girl that took the call was very rude and said she doesn't know. He is not scheduled and she will have to talk to someone because she just can't go by what I am saying. I have my car scheduled at a different chevy dealer and will never darken Lou Fusz's door again. I will also recommend to all friend and family to use someone else.

I had received a referral from a family friend to use a

I had received a referral from a family friend to use a Sales Consultant Seietra Sanders at Lou FUSZ Chevrolet St Peters. I had already gone on a Sunday to look at cars and found one. I contacted Sierra and made an appointment to see car and drive it. I arrived early, which wasn’t a problem. She had it cleaned and ready go. Ended up getting car. It was a relaxing experience. No hard sell. No bully or hovering or pressure. She is young but very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Very professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking for car.

Great Disappointment

I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early; the person that accepted my car I believe his name is Michael Ingalls. He stated that I am early and the service team will not get my car before 9am, I asked is it correct the will only take an hour, he said yes. I was there long past an hour even past 2 hours. No one ever informed me that this was taking longer than expected. I was never offered a loaner or to be dropped off at my home. I went to check on the progress of car this time he had no knowledge of the time frame. Just so happened my car was being delivered. I called and spoke the service manager he was supposed to call me back and has yet to do. FYI, I work 3rd shift Click to Copy
