Darrow service is always outstanding. My advisor gave me the option of having my part installed painted or not and explained that an additional part also needed to be ordered. He then provided an esthetic work-around to keep me going until my part arrives. Further, the gourmet beverages in the waiting area almost made me want to stay for another cup of coffee even after my car was ready!

Looked at my vehicle on Wednesday, told them I was coming
Looked at my vehicle on Wednesday, told them I was coming on Friday to pickup. When I got there on Friday, vehicle was not detailed nor filled up with gas. They had to scramble to find someone to do both. Ultimately with the 4 yr old child we had with us, we had to get the vehicle and leave. Waterstops and stickers left on the vehicle and interior was never cleaned. Nothing against the staff more or less a process issue that I hope they fix! At the end of the day I am happy with my purchase, just wish more was done to prepare my vehicle.

My car went to the shop 3 times before they figured out
My car went to the shop 3 times before they figured out the issue. They beat around the bush with fixing it. By the time they figured out the issue my dealer warranty was up and it had to go through my extended warranty. I’d call and leave messages and never get a call back. I was told one job was a 14 he job and they had my car for a week and a half. Kept being told “your car should be done tomorrow” and it kept getting pushed back. My car got broken into while there, they fixed it free of charge but failed to get all the glass out of the vehicle.
