Non-Stressful Experience

Spoke with Joe the day prior and gave him a ballpark dollar amount I would pay for a Highlander, and said I would be in the next day. After a test drive, he approached me with a number that was satisfactory. No games, no BS. We looked over the proposed SUV for color and options, met our requirements, and pulled the trigger on purchasing. The same goes for Tom Gray, our financial officer, no games, no BS. If your in the market for a Toyota product, this is the place to come! I’m sure your experience will be the same. Purchasing a veichle shouldn’t be a stressful experience, you get a good deal and the dealership makes a profit. Thanks to the Pappas team for a non stressful, positive car buying experience! Very happy

The two gentlemen I worked with were great, the manager made a great deal with me and the salesman was calm, non pushy, and very understanding. I will gladly recommend them to anyone and will be working with in the future if they continue to work for Pappas. I hope their dealership realizes what assets they are for Toyota.

Possible Purchase

Tim made the process very relaxing a comfortable (not common these days) I was unable to purchase the vehicle I wanted but will defiantly go back to Tim whenever I am ready to purchase.

Made appointment, saved me time.

Had some ? and it appeared that I had to make an additional Appt. It left me a little unhappy, however I will call I guess.

Great response and service

Although another customer beat me to the FJ cruiser I was looking at, I wanted to give kudos to Neil Smith for going above and beyond to try and help me even though I was an internet inquiry who had requested a LOT of special pictures and other information about the used FJ. Neil crawled under the truck to give me all the pictures I requested so I could assess the vehicle fully from afar. Again, he had no clue if i was serious or not but went ahead and did everything we asked and more. I would not hesitate to buy from Neil based on this experience. Very honest and total service.

Relaxed sales experience

Had previously purchased a new vehicle from Pappas and had a great experience. Worked with Frank Walsh recently to purchase a pre-owned truck. He was very polite, relaxed and easy going throughout the entire process. Pappas worked with us on the price and we all came to an agreement within a short amount of time. Great experience overall and would work with Frank again for a future Toyota purchase. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Pappas Toyota.

Ben McCoy is fantastic!

We have worked with Ben for our last 4 or 5 leases. He has always gone above and beyond for us and we will gladly keep working with him for the next 4 to 5. Poor guy has to keep seeing the Cantrell’s I guess. Thanks Ben!! You are awesome!!

Long term customer

My family has been using Pappas, for over 15 years. It's our "go to" place. We haven't gone to anyone else. From sales, to oil changes, service dept...Pappas has always been pleasant and hassle free for our entire family.

Totalled Car

Alexander was amazing at helping me get exactly what I wanted after a horrible ordeal of totaling my car. So after a great experience my first time around, this time with Alexander and Jamie Pringle was even better.

Staff was very helpful working through the details and options of a Lease. Very knowledgable about the Instrumentation and Phone Integration options on my new vehicle. Standing offer to drop by with many additional questions. I appreciate that.
