Friendly and professional

Mr. Elliot Griffin is a complete professional. A knowledgeable salesman . It is his easy going attitude that makes what could be a trying time, feel like talking to a friend. This was my second interaction with Mr. Griffin. I hope to see him again in a few years.

I just financed a CRV

Dan was very helpful and willing to do anything he could to get me into the CRV I wanted. He went above and beyond to make it a great experience from the very beginning. He was very patient with my son, who at two and a half was very antsy, and he was in-tune with all my wants and needs. Dealership goes above & beyond

My wife and I were in the market for a mini van for our young family. We have purchased new cars before, and had visited a handful of dealers until we got to Hamilton Honda. Hamilton Honda is by far and away the best experience we've had. We got a great price, no haggling. We were treated with respect and class. Our salesman Matt Berg was professional and made the process smooth. The building is first class, and the perks with free oil change service, car washes, and shuttles are the cherry on top.

Awesome experience! Great prices! Great staff!

One of the most smooth car transactions I've had. Do not go to any other Honda dealer, if you buy a car from Hamilton Honda, the oil changes are free for life as long as you own the car. Free car washes for life. The staff is Awesome, Daniel in Finance, Erin and Angel in sales!!!! Great great people. Ask for Angel, one of the nicest guys you can buy a car from!!! Excellent

This was the third dealership I visited during the day. I was with my 19 year old daughter and she had test driven at least six different cars. Once we arrived at Hamilton Honda it was like night and day. I purchased her a used car and she was very happy as was I. The car was beautiful. Completely professional atmosphere with friendly people. Excellent all around experience with the Sales Representative Romesh Chandra, and the Finance Manager Matt Andrews. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a car without any hassle. I only wish I had brought my 21 yr old daughter here two years ago when I bought her car. Pleasant experience buying a 2016 CR-V SE from Jeff Gyarmati

In July, I went to Hamilton Honda to look at a CR-V SE. I was met by Jeff Gyarmati, and I explained I was researching my options for crossover SUVs and would not be buying a car that day. He said no problem, took some of my information, and gave me a brief tour of their facilities (which I believe they are required to do) before grabbing a car for a test drive. Back inside, he answered the rest of my questions and then gave me a price. I shook hands and left the dealership--there were none of the typical aggressive sales tactics you typically see employed at other dealers--of which I personally encountered that week while test driving some of Honda's competitors. Once I decided on a CR-V, I contacted 4 other Honda dealers in the area for prices, and surprisingly, the initial quote from Jeff beat all of them. I contacted him via email, asked for an "out the door price" including all fees, and told him I'd be there Saturday morning. Once I arrived it took about 90 minutes to complete all the paperwork and get a short demo of the car's features before driving off the lot. As car buying experiences go, it was fairly pleasant. Granted, I did a lot of research before stepping into the dealership and knew what I was looking for, but the entire process still went much better than I had expected.

Hamilton Honda via Cars.com is great

Got quote from Hamilton Honda via cars.com and bought the car the next day. The buying process was very smooth since I already did the research and received a good quote. The dealership was nice and clean. It even offers car wash at will plus free oil change. I'd recommend Hamilton Homda to everyone who is into Honda. This is the second new car I bought by visiting cars.com, a Lexus and a Honda. Both very good experience!

car shopping experience

DON'T GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!

My first visit to Hamilton Honda for routine service they ran my car through the compilmentary car wash with the windows opened. They apologized & told me to call if I had problems. The second time was to replace the window motor on the passenger side, which I paid in full. My third service was to replace the same motor, which they were nice enough to discount the parts (They still weren't losing any money), but I still had to pay for the labor in full. Even though it had been two years since the work was done the Service Manager agreed that I should have gotten more than two years out of that part. I've never had a problem with the driver side, and the car is nearly 12 years old. The forth, and most recent visit was again for the same window problem. Once again two years later. This time they also found that I had a bad window switch. The Service Manager said the best he could do is give me an employee discount only on the parts. Otherwise I could just pay the $115 diagnostic fee and have my car fixed elsewhere for full price. So I swallowed my pride for the sake of money. I told him how upset I was with my experience up to now, especially the amount of time spent between diagnosing and then scheduling work on the same problem. When I got there for my FINAL visit to pick up my car, the key needed to be reprogrammed, and the driver side window would not go back up. In other words, nobody bothered to check if the work had been done properly! After waiting and fuming with anger until they fixed my car, the Service Manager said he was sorry and told me to enjoy the complimentary car wash. When I called twice to speak to the General Manager I was passed off the the same service manager. Worst Service Experience in 35 Years of Driving
