The service was excellent. The selling agent even drove to our house so we did not have to return to dealership to pick drop the check.

Fine for car repairs but NOT to purchase a car!!!

I would recommend this dealership for car maintenance but NOT for purchasing a car. I was sitting in the dealership and no one came to ask me if I was looking to purchase a car. The car salesMEN (I only saw men salespeople and one) were more interested in looking on their phone and chatting with each other than dealing with customers!!!!

Accent

This dealer was the worst. I have a Subaru Accent 2021 and was in for an oil change. Since I was waiting I walked around looking at the Outback. My son and daughter in law are looking for an suv. Not a single person even said hello. I had questions and when I was looking to make eye contact to say hello and get some help not a single person helped. I walked around for about 20 min. Worst dealer. I expect a lot more from a Subaru dealer and this dealer gives Subaru a bad name

So happy with my New Subaru Forester

The sales staffs are not good Just wanted to buy the unit No customer service to be rated as good I ended finishing the paperwork so late in the evening, started early in the afternoon Very bad buying experience Almost walked out from the dealership

I wish I could give negative stars.

I wish I could give negative stars. I have never been treated so bad poorly by a sales person before. I understand there is a severe car shortage at the moment but the sales person that came to greet me was so short and rude to me when I was asking questions. I'm not sure if it's because I was dressed in athletic clothing or because I'm Latina, but I was under the impression that they did not take me as a serious buyer. I asked if I could see any new or used Subaru's on the lot so that my mom could see the car in person and the man was so condescending and asked me if I knew that the cars are shipping all the way from Japan (which of course! It's a Japanese brand) and that I need to wait 6 months or pre-order. Ontop of that, he became even more curt when I told him I will check out the Subaru in Monrovia instead as the sales person there told me that they could reserve a car that was in transit for free. I had never felt like I was bugging a sales person before but this sales rep made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I will not be recommending this Subaru dealer to anyone nor making any of my future purchases with them.

It’s fine I guess.

It’s fine I guess. David helped me and he had good customer service. But buying a new car is a nerve racking experience. The entire system is flawed and this dealership is no different than the rest. I am concerned about my new Impreza. When driving at high speeds, the steering sways slightly and feels loose. I took it back to the dealership service department and they said nothing is wrong with the steering, insinuating it’s all in my head. I’m pretty upset about this as I’m paying WAY over value for this little hatchback. I expect perfect steering and handling, yet they won’t do anything about it. Kinda sucks!
