Valerie, Allison, and Ozzy took great care of me and my fiancé! We dropped our car off for service. Our tech, Jesus, sent us a video update on our vehicle. Showed us the parts that needed to be replaced. Our appointment went so smooth. I wish every dealership was like this.

Alex Harmsen always does an exceptional job everytime I bring in my car for service. I only request her as my service advisor. She always exceeds her limits to help me out with my cars. BMW of Murrieta is lucky to have her as an employee.

I had to drop off my car for service.. Victoria, my advisor was the best as always. Very attentive to my questions about pricing, parts etc.. I was provided a loaner while my car was being serviced Valeria assisted me with a quick and easy process.. thank you both for making my experience easier
