I came in with a budget and browsed my options with the salesperson Elizabeth. We test drove a few cars around the block and on the freeway. Once I found out the my best choice for my budget, mileage and fuel efficiency (2015 VW GTI). As a first time buyer it was simple and I didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision. The paperwork was a lot more than I expected but I am assuming it is the same regardless of the dealer. I bought the car outright so I cannot speak on their financing options, I recommend further research into this dealer and competitors if this is a concern of yours. Although I was able to get a 3year/45k mile warranty with my debit card, no interest even though it had to be broken into multiple payments due to the spending limit. But the business seems legitimate and I am happy with my purchase.

I was buying my first car, KC helped ma and was very kind and patient. They were very persistent, called to many times for my liking, and I felt pressured because of all the calling they did. I asked for certain things when looking for a car and the car I ended up getting did not have one of the features of the four that I wanted. Now I'm stuck with the car. I enjoy it but I really wanted that feature to the car. They are nice and very friendly and I would recommend to others.
