My experience was good, I felt like I wasn't too pressured into buying the first car I was shown. However I would have wished that the people that worked here knew a bit more about the car's background.

Alex was really great, I knew which car I already wanted I asked him he showed me everything I needed to know I wasn’t sure about getting a car that day but he made it simple and easy to get approved and gave everything going. Follows up great along until everything is all settled out, even follows up later. Very great

KC, Carlos and the sales were great. Turned a terrible experience into a decent one. I originally purchased a Jeep Cherokee and after a month it was having computer failures. Was able to work a friendly deal to get it traded in. David I’m the service sept was friendly and easy to work with. Eli, the service manager is literally the worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life, at any business. He verbally promised to assist with the repair bills I was issued at the Jeep dealer of over $1k(warranty doesn’t cover computer issues) when I came in to do the deal I brought him the receipts and paper work he requested and he acted as if we had never spoken. It had been 2 days. He was extremely rude and arrogant, smirking and laughing when my girlfriend and I showed frustration. He told me to deal with sales and he wasn’t willing to help in any way. I was able to work something out with sales to get some resolution at least. All in all, decent experience. Sales team is great, avoid Eli, hence the entire service dept, at all costs.
