The staff was very nice and professional. Khaldoon was willing to lower the prices on the cars We wanted. Everyone was friendly and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions and relieved any concerns I had with the car i purchased. I was very happy overall with the whole experience. staff is nice, dealership was clean and the whole experience went smoothly. I will definitely refer family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to get another vehicle from here. They make you feel very welcomed. It's all small gestures I'd buy from them again. These folks will bend over backward to help you find a vehicle. Very nice folks

I encourage everyone who goes to the auction to read the rules on the bidder card before you bid in anything. Deposit is not refundable. There are at least three fees you must pay in addition to your bid price. Also, bring a chair and a lot of patience. You have to stay until the end if you bid on a vehicle. And it's a couple more hours after that to finalize purchase. My feet still hurt. The car we bought is decent though. Really high miles, but still good shape for price we paid.
