I have waited for more than one day to get a response from this dealer. They ran my credit through more than one bank. I called and they said ill get back... to you tomorrow. I called the next day and now the lady who helped me doesn't work there no more. I called for the manager and his mailbox is full. So im going to report this to the bbb. This is poor customer service.
NOT EVEN 1 Star. ROBERT Ripped me off Messed up my credit with lots of hard inquiries, yo-yo financing, auto fraud, dealer scam.. after 30 days he wants... his car back!!!! $1500 down. WATCH OUT.. nightmare!!!
I was not in there sevice area so they could not help me. But they did reach out to me very fast and answered questions
I've already done this over on Yelp and if I haven't put it on the Googles, it's overdue. The internet prices look quite attractive --... definitely below KBB median for retail. But... They're only for people who walk in with a whole lot of what I can only imagine the dealership insists be non-sequential bills. LIterally, the internet price is if you bring CASH. I asked the owner (as asking the salesman would have been pointless, since he didn't understand the primary language of the country he was residing in, and initially showed no interest in finding someone who spoke English. If you want to finance, you pay full retail value. I asked if this included a bank check for the entire purchase price. Cash. Oh, and there's a $1000 dealer's fee too. And a tag agency fee. Daughter knew the prices of most of the lot by rote as she'd been stalking cars for weeks, but puzzlingly, when we ASKED what the price of a car (not a single one was stickered) was, it was always over their own website's price -- sometimes by a grand. Asked him how much a car was that was listed on the website for $6K. Was told it was $7K, Showed him his own website. He stared at my phone for the better part of a minute, and then announced that he could PRObably let that car go for...wait for it...: $5,995 Yes, the owner would knock five bucks off a six-thousand-dollar car's price. And then add over $1000 in fees. If you're interested in THAT kind of dealership, I can also sell you a hammer and some nails for your skull. I hear masochism's coming back into style. No, really.
miserable service. never called back to answer a simple question...is the car I was interested in still for sale? I would not recommend these people to... anyone.
I worked with Edwin Candelaria and I have had only positive experiences with him, whether purchasing or leasing a vehicle, or getting my vehicle serviced.... He is very professional, highly personable, and explains everything in a way that is understandable (which not all car dealers can do). Thanks Edwin
