Customer service at an all time low, very

Customer service at an all time low, very disrespectful, as soon as you walk in you can sence the negativity, they dont want anything but to take your money and screw you over. They can give less than a care about you. What a joke of a dealership cant wait till they are replaced. Run far away & dont look back

Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. Terrible customer service, terrible quality purchased a 2014 suburban from them started having issues so I took it in, spoke with Tim Marozas the Used Car Director spoke about my problems, which he proceeded to “test drive” the vehicle put me in the passenger seat. Then we went behind Home Depot to which he slammed the gas pedal red lining the truck to 6000 RPMs while the motor started to make a knocking noise I asked him can you please stop you’re going to ruin my truck his response. “shut up dude I’ve been in this business for a long time. You can’t blow these motors i know what I’m doing“ and repeated to constantly stomp on the gas pedal, when we get back to the dealership I proceed to ask for a manager, which set him off, started screaming in the middle of the show room. “get the f**k out of my building. I don’t want to do business with you” and proceeded to throw my car keys at me. Spoke with Bob the Manager who assured me, he would take care of the issue, which he never did. To this day because of that experience the motor in my vehicle had been making alot of weird noises and now it’s on me to fix it because I made the mistake of going back to this horrible dealership AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED General Motors.

Replaced Battery

The dealership determined I needed a new battery and back up battery.
