I have had an ongoing issue with my cruise control for

I have had an ongoing issue with my cruise control for years and each time under warranty they do something it works a little while and starts the problems all over again. Now the original warranty has expired and I have a new ford warranty from the dealership which covers everything the original covered but with a $100.00 deductible. I had them look at it again last month when I got an oil change and they text a bill showing an AIR BAG switch for like $800.00 and I talked to him and he said he would get back to me that day or the next morning and still haven't heard a thing and will not return my messages text an emails.

Came in for ?the works? tire rotation, oil change and yearly state inspection. All done while I waited (approx 90 minutes) and with no issues.

My salesman, Julius G.

My salesman, Julius G. was extremely helpful with delivery of the van. The purchase process was smooth but my schedule to take possession of the van had some hiccups. Julius bent over backwards to working with my crazy schedule to get the van to me.

They had my car from 11:00 to after 3:00.

They had my car from 11:00 to after 3:00. Just to change the oil & never got to the recall. They did give me an extra discount. Also they failed to reset the oil life .
