I have had an ongoing issue with my cruise control for
I have had an ongoing issue with my cruise control for years and each time under warranty they do something it works a little while and starts the problems all over again. Now the original warranty has expired and I have a new ford warranty from the dealership which covers everything the original covered but with a $100.00 deductible. I had them look at it again last month when I got an oil change and they text a bill showing an AIR BAG switch for like $800.00 and I talked to him and he said he would get back to me that day or the next morning and still haven't heard a thing and will not return my messages text an emails.

Came in for ?the works? tire rotation, oil change and yearly state inspection. All done while I waited (approx 90 minutes) and with no issues.

State Inspection is all I had done and new wiper blades .

They had my car from 11:00 to after 3:00.
They had my car from 11:00 to after 3:00. Just to change the oil & never got to the recall. They did give me an extra discount. Also they failed to reset the oil life .
