Jacob's Auto Sales is a Family owned and Operated Business in West Bridgewater MA. We are able to offer you premium cars & trucks for a LOW price because we buy our cars right and have a VERY LOW overhead! We specialize in used Ford Chevy GMC and Dodge pickup trucks. This is a 2nd review after leaving a 5 star review in December 2025. That review covered the experience of buying the Subaru Legacy. Unfortunately, the other side of a dealer is not the sales but the backing of a product when things are not ideal. Jacob’s mechanic either missed a damaged control arm bushing and loose ball joint or it happened within 2 months after passing inspection (unlikely but possible). When I called Jacob to ask him to honor the 60 day warranty, he flatly refused because it was 9 days after expiration!! He said if it had been 2 or 3 days, he may have considered it. In my opinion, 6 days does not a fair person make and I think it is disgraceful to not stand behind a car you sold saying “it will pass inspection” when this issue obviously existed OR certainly developed within the 60 day window but it was caught thankfully during a routine oil change!!

Jacob was good to deal with, I had a few issues with the truck and Jacob took care of them no problem. I am happy with my purchase of a new to me truck. Big selection of vehicles to choose from

I wish I could rate no starts. I purchase a vehicle in December 2022. It was a Ford F350 2009 with a plow. the problems started since we try to take car out of the dealer. The car had a whole on the roof on top of other problems. he took about 4 days to repair it. then we try to use the vehicle again and broke down right away. we got it town it to a safe place and the town it again to the workshop. we covered expenses for both. he had it for another week. we got the truck again and guess what. it broke down. after all he said he would not repair the car anymore and that we got to use the purchased extended guarantee. be Aware of the scammer. Do not purchase a vehicle with this Guy

Bring your own mechanic with you. Let the mechanic go through the vehicle and then talk numbers. FACT. Test drive and do a thorough check.

Old trucks with big price tags that are non negotiable apparently. All over kelly blue book value, Jacob acts like you insulted him if you try to negotiate. Insults your intelligence although I’ve owned trucks for 30 years and apparently don’t know the market. Go elsewhere.

Great customer service very friendly! Couple things I didn’t like about the truck I was looking at and they made sure all my needs were satisfied before buying. Very determined to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Jacob was amazing! I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. He literally put me in a Jeep that is so much more than I thought I could afford. He has a huge heart full of compation. The whole process was the easiest monitary transaction I have ever been thru. Im a nervouse panicky person when it comes to large purchases. Sometimes I cant comprehend the figures or understand all that is being said to me but Jacob was VERY patient with me and explained everything to me a few times. There was no him going to chat with someone about our agreement then coming back saying we need to work the numbers again. No confusion like the big dealerships. It was just him and I. Jacob made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decition to say yes to the JEEP. I test drove the jeep and was uncomfortable about the brakes. Jacob said "we cant have that" He said he will make sure the brakes are taken care of before I pick it up. I picked the jeep up and to my surprise there were brand new brakes just put on accouring to my machanic. Thank you so much Jacob for making this the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
