Bespoke Auto Hours
Bespoke Auto is a family owned and operated dealership. Years of experience help us handpick the highest quality vehicles available throughout New England and deliver them to you at a fair and affordable price. We pay cash for our inventory which helps us keep overhead low and prices down.
We are not salespeople, we are car guys passionate about what we do and the vehicles we sell. We only deal with cars we would like to own ourselves-whether it's a very clean one owner sedan or a rare coupe with a sport package and a manual transmission.
Our promise to you is a fair, straightforward process and outstanding customer service.
"Clean high end european cars at affordable prices"
So happy with my new purchase. The guys are honest and know what they doing. Very knowledgeable and just great people. Will definitely recommend this place... to people.
If you are looking for a pressure free buying experience see Miro at BeSpoke Auto. I recently purchased a vehicle here and it was actually a pleasant... experience. First class!
Just finished buying my latest car at Bespoke Auto and the process couldn't have been any easier. The owners have a no-pressure approach and were extremely... friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the research, test-drive and buying process. Additionally, if you're looking for an inexpensive, reliable used car that also happens to be fun, they have a great inventory that includes many hard-to-find manual transmission models for the enthusiast buyer. Overall, a great experience at Bespoke Auto and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.
Was treated with respect. The owner is a class act. Tried to make a deal happen, unfortunately my deal didn't happen, and after dealing with Bespoke, i... will be back when the right car comes along.
I went to this place literally 4 different times and not once did anyone come outside. Each time i went they didn't have any other customers in there they... just sat at their desks looking stupid. So i would never go there again in my life they are VERY rude and the prices are pretty high but i was interested in this one car they have that i couldn't find anywhere else but there!
Shane, If you came to our lot looking forward to being chased around the lot by a pushy, chatty, salesperson in a shiny suit you were bound to be disa...ppointed. We don't do that. And we will not apologize for it. When you come to our lot you are welcome to browse our inventory, you will not be disturbed. If you have any questions or if you would like to test-drive a vehicle we will be happy to assist you with that. All you need to do is ask. See, we can't offer you our service if we don't know you are here. We are a very small operation and that means that two of us do everything- from purchasing inventory and marketing to sales and accounting. A lot of these get done on a computer, so yes, we do spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen "looking stupid". And since most of the lot is not even visible from the office chances are we didn't even know you were there. If you read other reviews you will see that we are very polite and helpful, very easy to deal with. All you needed to do is pop in and say "Hi". You would have found out that we are not bad people at all.
Great selection, especially of manual transmission vehicles! Was looking for a used TSX manual and found Bespoke Auto on Cars.com. I called to inquire... about the car. The owners were helpful and provided excellent information. If you're looking for a used car and don't want to be chased around the lot at your typical dealership check these guys out. The TSX is great shape you can tell these guys care about the cars they selected to sell. Highly recommend.
Friendly, professional service and a quality vehicle at a great price!
No pressure, fair. has a good lot of inventory. People were knowledgeable and available to answer all questions.
The short story: these guys are straight shooters. I would absolutely recommend them, both for buying and repairing a vehicle. Competitive prices, respectful... salespeople that give you space and let you take your time to make a decision. They were happy to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted, and did not come at me with a hard sell. I bought a used Volkswagen. The negotiations were simple and straight forward, and they made the purchase as easy as possible. Because I was without a car at the time of purchase they even came to pick me up at the train station. I came back a few months later for some work on the vehicle and they did it for free, despite the fact that my warranty had already ended. They took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on in the car and what I may need to look out for in the future. Although they are a half hour drive away from my current home, I make the extra trip to get here because I trust them.
I went to Bespoke Auto in March of 2014, I was there to look at one of the cars I was interested in. It was a 2004 Audi A6 2.7t 6 Speed manual. I had gone... there on a Sunday in the afternoon around 4. I had every intention on purchasing that car the week I had gone to go see it since it was a rare 6 speed manual A6. I called prior to going to see what lot it was on having the information that they had two lots in the area. The call seemed short but peaceful. After driving approximately 50 miles to see this car on a Sunday with my two sons in the car, I figured everything would go well and I could make plans to pick the car up if all went well with the test drive, the pricing, and the quality of the vehicle. I was wrong. I arrived on the lot, I know I was heard because the vehicle I was in was kind of loud and I was the only one on the lot. No one ever came out. Fine. I locate my vehicle and looked around it for about 5-8 minutes, no one ever came out. Fine. I finally went in and told him, I was the one on the phone interested in the Audi. He told me he had to jump the car since it had been sitting. Understandable. He goes and gets the keys and the mechanism to jump the vehicle, gets the vehicle started, turns around and leaves. Nothing else was said to me. Apparently he didn't seem to care whether or not he sold a car that day. So after I ran the car, a bit, checked random things, and noticed little things that should be done if you want to sell a car that weren't done, I went back in with the keys(I apparently wasn't told I could go for a test drive or not since nothing really was ever said to me), I said, "I like how strong the engine is, it seems like a decent car, is there any room for negotiation on the price?" He said and I quote "There has been no discussion about you buying the car so I can't tell you if there is any room for negotiation." Took the keys, and went back to playing on his laptop. In short, no introduction as to who he was, never took interest to see if I was ready to buy, never got any personal interaction on anything, and apparently driving 60 miles with my children on a Sunday, after making two phone calls, and asking about price, isn't enough to show interest in buying the car. I really liked the car and I was ready to sign that day, but the car is still there because the human interaction was no short of disgusting. Pretty decent cars, service that will make you throw up in your mouth.
Dear XXXXX, we pride ourselves on having a very unique (for this industry at least) approach to sales. We are aware that the majority of people do not... enjoy car shopping mostly because of pushy sales people who talk too much and try to entice you into buying something on the spot. For that reason we have developed a unique no pressure process. When you come to one of our dealerships you will be given space and time to look around the lot at your own pace without being accompanied by a salesperson. When you select a vehicle you like, you will be given the keys for it so you can, again at you own pace, get familiar with the vehicle- look inside, under the hood, start it up, etc... You will not have a salesperson breathing in your neck and talking non stop. After you examine the vehicle, if you want to, you will be offered a testdrive. If you are not interested in a testdrive you will not be forced to go on one. You will be answered any questions you might have, if you are interested in buying the vehicle we will be happy to discuss your options in detail. If you do not show intention buying the vehicle you will not by pressured to do so. Most people really appreciate this kind of approach, it has been working very well both for us and our customers. Like I said we pride ourselves on creating a low pressure environment and I have no intention to change this or apologize for it. I am surprised that 7 moths after visiting us you take the time to write such a detailed and negative review over something that most people highly appreciate and like. My name is Evo, I am one of the owners. If you came on a Sunday you most likely spoke to me and trust me, I have every interest to sell you a car and I will not turn you away or ignore you if you have an interest buying one. If you wish to discuss this in more detail feel free to call me at (781) 828-1700
