They are overcharging for vehicles at a significant amount. Tried to buy an Audi and it was practically double the blue book price. There correspondence with me was rude

I emailed this dealer twice with some basic questions to avoid a wasted trip. I got no response to either email. This is just unacceptable customer service.

We drove an hour and a half to look at the vehicle. It had very obviously had structural damage (we could see the weld marks, twisted rear A-frame...and we could not open the hood because the catch had obviously been broken). It also had a major fluid leak (we were told after the fact that it was a power steering seal that was going to be replaced later in the week). When I brought my information to the sales person, he was insistent that there was not frame damage, and that it was OK because Volkswagen sold it to them. I wouldn't go back to this dealership.

Just looking for a used vehicle that’s reasonably priced. I think I may have found one already though. I will keep browsing inventory. Thanks have a great day.

Additionally, if you're looking for an inexpensive, reliable used car that also happens to be fun, they have a great inventory that includes many hard-to-find manual transmission models for the enthusiast buyer. Two brothers own this place and they are great guys. They offer good vehicles at fair prices. Not much bargaining room because the cars are fairly priced. No pushy salesmen at this place, expect a positive and relaxed experience.
