Just traded in my vehicle for a 2021 Hyundai Sonata.

Just traded in my vehicle for a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. When I arrived, I was greeted by Elijah Montoya and Shawn Black. Both gentleman listened and understood exactly what I wanted with no up selling and pushing me into a different car like 2 other dealerships did this week. Elijah took me on the test drive and not just around the block. We drove city streets and the freeway to see how the vehicle handled. I decided to take it. The car needed to be detailed which was done quite fast and they both kept me in the loop on how it was going. The car was beautiful inside and out, Elijah helped me with all my questions especially seeing as I was new to Sonatas. I just love it!! I would also like to say that my finance gentleman answered all my questions and didn't rush me into signing any of the papers. Go to LHMCJDR on Lomas, please ask for these guys, they are amazing to work with!!!!

Sexist.

Sexist. Untruthful. Manipulative. Deliberately poor communicators. Opportunistic. Exploitative. Misleading. The only place in Abuquerque where you can't wait on site during car service, "due to Covid." How dirty are they to still have that restriction in place? Oh, and did I mention sexist?

Service technicians don’t do what customer requests I was told my steering wheel cover would fit I didn’t. They didn’t even try to put it on I had to ask them again because it was lying in my front seat. And other things

Q (Marcquise Morgan) the service advisor was great. Dealt with me a politely and professionally, kept me informed during the entire service on my vehicle. Also the service man, didn’t catch his name, explained the issues on the vehicle. Everyone that I interacted at the dealer were helpful and polite.

Very long wait for a scheduled oil change.

Very long wait for a scheduled oil change. Almost 2 hours. Although I understand that the dealership is extremely busy, I recommend putting more time between appt times and reduce the number you take in daily. May help reduce wait times. Also, add an estimated completion time to the online appt app at the time the customer is making the appt. Helps the customer better plan their time
