Great experience

I met Devel Madrid as I was looking at purchasing a new truck. This lady was extremely helpful and professional. Not one time did she ever pressure me into purchasing something I did or didn't want however she was very knowledgeable of her job and vehicles. Kept a positive attitude with me the whole time and was very approachable for questions and provided detailed answers. All in all a well ran dealership with a solid working crew.

Rocky start turned into a great experience!

Jerrod, (salesman), Jude (sales manager), Jose (finance), Dave (GM), and Howard (service manager) made the experience of buying at LHM a real pleasure. All were involved in the procurement of our car and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

Wish every dealership could meet your standards!

Sales staff was upfront and honest. Did not play games most dealerships put the customer through. With first view of website, I was impressed with pricing and transparency. With call to dealership, I felt at ease talking with Jude, and preceived that he did not take me for a fool with the usual sales pitches most dealerships try on the customer. We were able to close the purchase of a new 2017 Wrangler Unlimited over the phone and arrange trade in of my vehicle. We live over 300 miles away and at least 6 dealers were closer, but Jude made the trip worthwhile. I will have to admit, I was skeptical that things would go as smooth as promised, but Monica met us when we arrived and took us through the entire process and made the transfer a breeze. Even took our picture with our new Jeep! I would gladly make the drive to deal with these folks again! Thanks for making "car buying" a pleasant experience for once!

tire repair

I had a low tire lite come om while driving. I found a piece of glass in tire,addsome air and took it in to service dept. got mu truck right in and back on road in 45 mi,. You just cant ask for better service. Thanks

Service for Jeep Wrangler

Tim, in service, exceeded my expectations. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler for the scheduled oil change, tire rotation and airbag recall. He had my Jeep back to me under the time quoted, all with excellent professionalism along with a high level of customer service.
