My service appointment was for routine maintenance....
My service appointment was for routine maintenance. Linda saw me on time, explained what my car required, and offered me a loaner even though my service took approximately 1 1/2 hours. I chose to wait, and the waiting room was set up for social distancing, clean and someone was disinfecting the entire area. My car was finished in less time, was washed, vacuumed and spotless when it was returned to me. It is a pleasure dealing with Autohaus BMW.

Linda took care of my regular maintenance with her usual friendly, knowledgeable service. She makes coming to this dealership a pleasure. The waiting area is great, but loaners are always offered if you need one.

Renard is the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales advisor I have ever worked with! He informed me of any delays promptly and was flexible in accommodating my schedule. He made the purchase of my new BMW the best experience of any in the last 30 years of buying BMWs (except, of course, when he helped my wife purchase her cars!). He was the primary reason I switched from Plaza to Autohaus.
