Patti Kupfer is absolutely amazing!! Regardless of my concerns, she is calming, thorough, and gracious. Autohaus has made their establishment comfortable during an uncomfortable time. I felt safe.

Nick was fantastic to work with, he proactively texted me pictures of my car as it was being prepared. He was a great help in arranging transportation of the car to my address out of state. Would highly recommend working with Nick and the entire team at auto Haus.

I drove my BMW from California and my gear shifter malfunctioned at the absolute worst timing, I was stranded in St. Louis, MO. I had no idea what was causing my gear shifter to stick in park, so I looked up the biggest dealer in MO and Autohaus BMW came up, had my car towed there and caught a flight back to CA. Ethan in the service department contacted me right at 7am and introduced himself to me and told me me exactly what was wrong with my car. He went above and beyond to get me a new GSW control model which was difficult to locate because of how new the car was, especially on such short notice. I had already booked a auto transport company to pick up my car 72 hrs later so I can have my car shipped from MO to CA. Ethan did an amazing job getting the shifter module in and programmed in such a time crunch. Right when the auto transport company arrived he had just finished getting the paperwork ready and car washed. Ethan is by far the most courteous service advisor I’ve ever dealt with over my 20 years of dealing with BMW service advisors. I wish more Service advisors were as wonderful as he was. 1000% of 10!!!
