Autohaus BMW

We just recently purchased our first car from Autohaus and could not be more pleased with the experience. Jens Petermann was our client advisor and was exceptional. Professional, engaging, attentive and respectful. Jens was very knowledgeable about the product and able to answer all our questions. Jens knew we were looking at another manufacturer/dealer and his follow-ups were appropriate without being over-bearing. Jens worked hard to make a deal that worked for both of us and made sure the purchase and delivery went smoothly. Vincent Sweeny was the F&I person we dealt with at Autohaus and again, the professionalism was exceptional. We’ll soon be in the marked for a second car and I look forward to giving Jens and Autohaus a chance to sell me another car. This was a five star experience.

The service at Autohaus is outstanding. The staff is honest and they don't try to sell you things that you really don't need. Plus, they provide a car to use no matter what the repair. This past week Mike Crader was my rep, and the service was fantastic, as always.

Most expect a high level of satisfaction from Autohaus and I for one have never been let down once. I have worked with 4 different service people and all are top notch. Could not ask for better service. Just worked with Amanda and she was outstanding.

I went in to get a piece of trim fixed on my car today and Linda Schaefer is who I always deal with at Autohaus BMW service. She makes you feel like you are the only customer she has and they have to be one of the busiest service departments I've ever been in. She makes her job look so easy honestly she is why I keep buying BMW's. She has to be the BEST in the business. Keep it up Linda you are a natural at making people happy. Karen Myers
