My experience at Autohaus BMW couldn't have been better. The entire process was easy. It's an excellent car buying experience. Everyone that I spoke to was incredibly helpful. The demo of all the features was appreciated, as well. Thank you!

I have to come back to have a longer service performed, that is a bit inconvenient for me but I will do it. Just wish it could have been all taken Care of.

From the car salesman to the greeter in the service department autohaus has been top notch. I have to say the young man Colin who works in service as a greeter has been on the front line for me three times now and I feel should be called out for his excellence in representing your brand. He is extremely polite, efficient, and top notch in helping. Colin definitely represents what the identity of the Autohaus staff should be.

Great location, great coffee and snacks, great service, service rep Mike Crader is great. I’m on my 4th BMW from Autohaus in 18 yrs. this was a service visit, but my salesman Bob Detert is great too.

My husband took my car in for service so I don’t have names of who was involved but as always, the customer service was great.

Patti Kupfer in the service department is excellent. My car went into service for new tires and a 4 wheel alignment. We purchased our car at Autohaus and have it serviced there as well. Sales and service are excellent.

Service was excellent and very thorough. My only complaint is that I don't feel like there's the extra step to go beyond just providing the basic service and deliver an amazing experience, especially when purchasing a luxury car. I've owned other non-luxury brands that do this. An amazing experience would be to get my car back from service cleaner than when I dropped it off. It's something that takes little time for the dealer, but makes you appreciate the time that you've just saved by not having to do it yourself, and is refreshing/anxiety relieving to get into a nice, clean vehicle. I asked that a part that I ordered (a simple trim piece that snaps on) be picked up from service and put in my vehicle, which they gladly did. What would have gone beyond would have been to take the 2 minutes to pop the part in. This was also my first service for this car, so I was using this as a litmus test to see what the experience would be like in the future. Chris Clem was excellent and I'll request him next time. I just hope that there's an effort by others there to go beyond what's expected in the future to deliver a more memorable experience.

Great experience. Sales (Matt Viero), finance (Steve Emerson) and delivery genius (Marquis Mischeaux) were all exceptional. I look forward to working with Autohaus BMW for future vehicles.

Larry did an excellent job! I would certainly recommend him. Also Marquis was very helpful. The new levels of technology in the car do require some help.

Service was excellent. Got my battery in my car and even washed the car! Gave me a couple of items that may need some attention in the future. Thank you Autohaus. Your the best!!!
