Good Service except for tire pressure. You over filled and was not corrected as requested

Brandie did a great job on my car. She keep me up to date on what was happening.

I purchased an Escalade from Jessup, I was promissed to get the car with all weather mates, fully detailed and full of gas. Car came empty on gas, not detailed and missing the 2nd raw floor mates. I kept calling them multiple times to get this resolved and they didn’t correct it yet!

LOVVVVVEEEE THEMM!!! came in and they helped me! Believe me when I say this JUST GO TO JESSUP! they treat you so well and they will do anything and everything to help you and get you into a new vehicle. THANK YOU, MARIO!!! He's helped me twice now and just absolutely honest and real about the whole thing. Super HEPFUL! Helped me get into my 2025 chevy Silverado and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is always very pleasant and professional, and the dealership is clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be a better choice of tv channels in the waiting area.
