I never met my service advisor.
I never met my service advisor. He was always with other customers so I dealt with other advisors. Which was fine. However, I was told the oil change would take 2 hours so I waited at the dealer. The car took over 3 hours and wasn’t washed. There were grease prints all over from the techs. The dealer has you make appointments but doesn’t honor them. People were dropping off their vehicles at 8 AM for 11 o’clock appointments and were done before I was. They need better management to ensure cars are seen in the order they have appointments.

Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service. DANIEL was very attentive to my issue. Excellent communicator kept me informed the entire time. They got my vehicle done right away which is very important to me because it’s a work truck. Dealership is clean easy access in their service drive. Dan Jessup is real nice as well. Came out and greeted us Offered us all ice cream cones.

Coming back to Jessup is like old times, before we became snowbirds. Same or even better than I remember service with warmth and friendship. Dan Jessup and his crew are terrific and Ron Austin helped tremendously when I was in a pinch. Kudos and thank you to all. Daniel followed through great on the service.
Daniel followed through great on the service. I know its the same Jessup family who owns the two adjoining dealerships but find it hard to see that Cadillac does not have its own up to date waiting area for its owners. Cadillac has always been considered a premium brand and with vehicles well over 100K should have a beautiful waiting area. I love the gentleman who greats you when you come in for service. Its a wonderful addition to your dealership, Highly recommend Daniel Mejia. Note, the mechanic who serviced my car put air into my tires. When I got home I noticed one air cap missing and the other three were loose and not tightened down.
