Been a customer of Jessup for a long time.
Been a customer of Jessup for a long time. They have gone downhill for awhile. No one answers the main line frequently. No one returns my emails including, salesman, service manager and jessup himself. I had in issue with 2 blazer EV RS RWD which was supposably was a know issue and finally was fed up with the no responses and traded in for an AWD model. I wish there was a closer chevy dealership.

Great experience with minimal time in person.
Great experience with minimal time in person. Jessup Chevy sales team crushed all of our expectations and for our of town buyers, they made the process incredibly simple and dare I say enjoyable.

Charge $190 just to walk in Suooosed to do a safety
Charge $190 just to walk in Suooosed to do a safety check - didn’t happen- didn’t even fill the windshield wiper fluid or put air in the tires. Needed a oart - told at least 3 days to get it (any auto store had it) First told me it would be about $1000, but then the quote was $2200 Lost the key - waited on the curb 45 minutes for them to find it Took it elsewhere - $1200 for the repair, oil change, checked all the systems, brakes, everything. Prior to Jessup, I had all work done by dealers and never had an issue - even my Mercedes dealer is a better deal.

Everyone is polite and friendly.
Everyone is polite and friendly. As of now we Personally only use the service department. We’ve purchased two warranties and vehicle maintenance. For us, our experience depends on who the service writer is. Some are truly on top of their responsibilities others are complacent. We’ve had some major work done on our vehicle and the techs have done a good job.
