Had ‘18 CR-V in for first free oil change/&1problem
After recall in Jan, vehicle still showed overfill(gas in oil on dipstick).S.A. JaimeCarter researched it&informed me the Svc.Supervisor said it was caused by not driving vehicle around 20 miles on each use.I bought the vehicle in August so the problem was not identified when I made the purchase.Jaime was very helpful &went the extra way to research,identify the problem& help me correct it.I would recommend her highly for her customer service.gs

Oil Change
Brought our new Honda Accord in for oil change. Got the paper read while eating a donut and apple...with a cup of hot tea. In and out in less than an hour...with the car washed as a bonus. Plus...it was free! Can't beat that.

Always have a great experience when I take my car in for service! Missy gives awesome customer support. Always friendly and makes sure I have the best experience I can!! Very timely service and she tells me what is an urgent maintenance need or can schedule down the road. I very much trust what she tells me and she doesn't try to talk me into unnecessary services. Easy to schedule service need and can get it timely.

Very Good
Our dealing with Smart Honda was very good. Our salesman ( Nathan Cline) who we first met at the New Car Show at the Event Center, was very knowledgeable of the product and was very personable. We were unable to come to a deal on our first trip, but received a follow up call from Nathan and also from the Sales Manager (Aaron) and we were able to come to an agreement. Nathan followed up with a delivery schedule and worked well to accommodate our availability. Would not hesitate to recommend Nathan to anyone interested in a New Honda ! Thank You .

Extremely knowledgable sales consultant !
We investigated the purchase of competing vehicles and when we went to Snart Honda, Tim was outstanding compared to any other sales representative we encountered at other dealerships. He was knowledgable of all details of the Honda product line, he "read" us well, knowing how to gauge the level and frequency of communication, and he was extremely patient with us and our questions on the vehicle specifications setup and overview of the technical options. Great experience with Tim, others should ask for him specifically!

Slightly dissatisfied
I was disappointed that the certification on the auto didn't include 4 new tires, only 2! I discussed the expectation of 4 but was not able to get the salesman to provide!
