Friendly, Thorough Service

Just completed an early 2016 service on my 2012 CRV. Smart Honda always has my service history on my vehicle and always recommends what should be done at what mileage - I then have the option of making an informed decision on whether or not I want a given service completed, or whether it can wait until another time. I like the way the service department is run, and the thoroughness of the staff.

my family and friends were right, this is the best

If you are tired of the haggling and dickering back and forth that some car salespeople seem to thrive on, come to Smart Honda. I wanted to buy a used car for my daughter and I got nice service, quick responses back to me and engaging salespeople. They must have sensed my discomfort level with another used car lot and dealing with the issues. I told them what I could spend and I was led to the car that fit that cost. No others were shown to me. AND they were forthcoming and honest and told me everything wrong with the car, too. (minor things) WOW. Thanks to Rosanna, John and Chris. You betcha I'll tell everyone about this great experience!

Great car buying experience

I am a person who does not like to go to a car dealer - but I really wanted to see the new CRV's. After we were greeted by Steve it was an easy and painless process. Everyone was great and treated us as if we were their only customer- which we weren't. I am looking forward to an ongoing and great relationship with this dealer!

Good service

I bought my 2008 Honda Accord at Smart Honda in Des Moines. I was treated very well. After a year but before the 100,000 mile warranty had expired, I experienced some problems. After examining the car, it was determined that the engine had a flaw/defect in it. Honda rebuilt the engine and charged me $0 for the whole thing. All my service is done at Smart Honda, and they are always fast,courteous, fair priced, plus they offer donuts! I wouldn't trust my car to any other dealer or servicer.

Smart Honda in Des Moines, Iowa

In 2007 I purchased my first Honda Pilot. I always had it serviced at Smart Honda in Des Moines, Iowa. The service experience was always positive. I worked with Josh Zeigler to help me schedule my appointment, advise me of my vehicle's needs and help me make sure I was keeping my Honda in good running order. Josh also provided transportation for me if I was not staying at Smart Honda while the service took place. The service department worked in a timely manner, communicated with Josh and also with me if needed. Their expertise kept my Honda in good shape and on the road. Trusting your service representative is very important to me. I don't believe you can find anything better than the way you are treated at Smart Honda in Des Moines.
