The advertised price is very far from being the real one,

The advertised price is very far from being the real one, they invent fees for everything... including the fee for putting the car back on the market of more than $1,500 dollars... a joke!

I’m sending a five star shout out to the gold star salesperson Carlos C and service manager Ismael for their handling of my Santa Cruz oil change. Great job Team. The added car wash was a nice surprise .

Every person I worked with at this dealership was wonderful. They not only did they answer my questions, but explained things I had not even think about. I would go back anytime I need a car.

Robert Labelle is the best

Brought my car in for routine maintenance. Robert Labelle is the best rep always attentive and very kind. The service dept is a little slow compared to other places.

I need the cancellation form.

For sales, they are an A, but for customer service they have a below zero (0), all my life living in Miami, I made a lease there, until I was the owner, I moved to Orlando, I made a deal at a dealer here Where I live, I call them to get a cancellation letter, and no one answers me, I call, I chat, and no one pays attention to me, for this reason zero for telephone service

The worst place on earth❗

They lied to me because of my lack of knowledge with buying a car. They totally took advantage of me. It cost me a fortune and I’m still paying for it never again! Stay away.
