A series of unfortunate events occurred in my RAV 4 purchased at Haddad Toyota in Pittsfield. I brought it to the Berkshires from my out of town residence for the oil change service to get a call to confirm a squirrel had been living in the hood and engine. It reeked havoc on the vehicle. Haddad's staff and mechanics were aware of this situation which sent me into a tail spin. No car? Who knew how long this would all take to fix and get parts. But, to my astonishment, Haddad's fixed the RAV in one weeks time and it's better than new! Their care, concern and compassion were outstanding! I was kept informed daily on the proceedings and repair. We have a true gem in Haddad Motors in this County! No need to go anywhere else!!!!!

Sold me a 2009 Tacoma that's a total lemon. They claimed they did a 100-odd point inspection, yet within 1 year of buying it I've had to replace: the alternator, AC condenser, water pump, 6 coil packs, entire rack & pinion system, ABS actuator (a $2k part!), and fix an exhaust leak. Avoid this place like the freaking plague.

Horrible horrible service department care more about a bad review than making sure problems are fixed who replaces a turbo and decides it a good idea to use old gaskets and forget to bolt things up? Car is sitting at a Ford dealership right now as it overheated and almost started a fire under the he hood claimed they had to replace some other things like axle and sway link only to have the car returned with ABS light traction control lights etc…. Once the gravy train ran out from my warranty company they were done we will see what ford says but just knowing about the turbo gasket and if a mechanic is dumb enough to forget that then 🤷♂️

I Bought a used car from haddad I live in CT so i had to drive for an hour, just to get played buy them the car i got broke down the day I got home ,they didn't help me at all they didn't lend me a car or anything, got played for my down payment 6000 not to the car for other stuff you don't need don't trust them,read everything before you sign, never again.i don't recommend them at all

Ok, follow up. General Manager Jason Higgins called me the very next day to follow up on where they tripped up. I've seen some other responses that merely said "please call if you'd like to discuss." So Jason's proactive approach and effort is appreciated. My salesmen Colin is still learning, which is why some of the things he told me were inaccurate. I don't believe there was intended malice or deception. All four of those items I mentioned above were a result of just not being totally informed. I accept this as a teaching/training moment. I wish him luck in the future, as well as Jason in his new role as GM.

Salesman lie! Bought a used truck with clean car fax. Salesmen stated it was the truck of a long term customer and never in a crash. after i bought i found out truck had been in major accident and they repaired it at dealership. Just typical xxxxxxx dealership.

Bought a vehicle the with a clean car fax or so I thought. I have email from them starting clean title now I go to sell and the vehicle and find out it had engine replaced and was in an accident. Don't trust them, verify what they sell yourself. Also verify that they are not stacking warranty which they have been found guilty of and had to pay back to an elderly person. Friends mother...
