I went to the dealership to get my Kia soul worked on it had a recall was not expecting to walk out with a brand new car at the rate I'm paying.

Absolute unorganized chaos.
Absolute unorganized chaos. Not sure who Justin is, Jose is the guy who helped me. Never offered Uber credit like in the past. I booked 10:30 am appointment 2 weeks ago and it took 5 hours for an oil change. Told me I needed new roters, but never offered the service or even quoted a price. When asked, Jose said I would get an email with the quotes. Terrible service. I had a manager call me after my oil change last year because of poor service, then this. I will never visit any Findlay dealership again for any reason.

Kevin and Eric, Man incredible. My first purchase of a Kia, bought the 2026 Carival SX Pristige awesome. But real hero’s Kevin and Eric from beginning to end on the ball got everything I wanted and my best experience purchasing an auto. I have purchased many cars and trucks in my 60 years and this was the most satisfying experience. Thanks again to both those guys.

Let’s start with the engine was burning oil, which is a common issue with Kia’s near the year that I had but Kia refused to fix it for free. Six months ago we were told that it needed a new engine and that it would cost $5000..00. I did not want to put that much money into a car with so many miles so I was told by a mechanic that it was still drivable as long as we put in oil every two weeks, which is what we did. Six months later, the engine starts acting up again and now we’re told it’s $7500.00 to fix it. When asked if we would be interested in using it as a trade in I asked how much they would give me. Cole told me he’d get back to me within an hour with an amount and I never heard back from the guy again. I ended up paying them over $200.00 for their service exam and proceeded to take it to another dealership for a trade-in. Anthony was pleasant to deal with, but I often feel like I get a different story depending on who I’m talking to at that dealership.

Absolutely perfect!
Absolutely perfect! Danny was amazing! From start to finish he followed thru the entire process. Even checking in on us thru out! Reminding us of the coffee bar, water and fresh popcorn. Danny is someone the truly makes a long process seem timeless.
