Bad bad experience with them. I brought a car since April 10 2018 and it's now May 2 2018. I haven't enjoyed my car because i have taken it in for repairs... 3 times already. I know there's a lemon law for buyers with lemon cars. I will sue them even if i have too, since they are not willing to cooperate but instead pinn that car on me. Terrible people, please do not go there.
They have a terrible service. late the whole day. waiting for approval for a car that I was never given with a credit. excellent and not only that. They... were charging me a dawn of the highest payment.
I had to drop my car off today and I also needed a loaner. I always call ahead to schedule my service and get my loaner and each time, the process is always... smooth and everybody is very friendly. I am so disappointed with auto services of Teddy Nissan ( Bronx, Ny) . I purchased a 2014 Nissan Maxima from them less than a year ago and my stereo... system shorted out. I also have an oxygen sensor issue. I have the paperwork stating that the vehicle was well maintained. I Have an appointment to bring the car in on Wednesday 5/3/2017....The secretary told I can not get a loaner vehicle at all. What type of business is this? None of this is my fault and I sent 3 of my FDNY Co -workers here to purchase vehicles in the past...... I do not like the service here at all!

I went in to the Boston Rd location after being called by one of their customer service reps, and as soon as I got there a salesman by the name of Daniel... Mejia asked if I needed some help. Well, I did and he showed me and my girlfriend two cars and we test drove them, however I wasn't totally sure if I wanted a car or SUV, so after conferring with my girlfriend, we decided on an SUV. We signed papers, got plate & insurance and drove away the same day with no hassle. Other than it taken all day,because we test drove the vehicles-the staff, valets, salespeople were extra fun to be around and made my experience great. I would recommend anyone I know, that's looking for a vehicle to certainly make this place a priority-Djames

BEWARE: the white Mercedes E350 has an engine KNOCK. THE DEALER DIDN'T EVEN CHECK IT.
I recently visited to inquire on leasing a Sentra for my daughter. The new salesperson generally had very little knowledge in sales, but he was polite.... Without going over current rebates, incentives and naturally my credit score. No sooner than 1 minute, He pulls out a calculator and says the car will cost me $292 a month I have had many many cars over my lifetime and have dealt with many sales people and managers over the years but the approach Teddy Nissan took with me was the worst I had ever seen. They didn't even know who I was Do they really expect to sell cars like that?
