Accolades!

Our plan was to spend only one night in West Memphis with our fifth wheel, which we were towing with our new Ram 3500. About halfway between our Texas home and Memphis, our new truck began giving indications to service the 4WD. We called our home dealer in Texas and asked them if there was any danger in continuing our journey in 2WD only, to which they said there should be no problem as long as we don't engage 4WD. Unfortunately, upon pulling out of the West Memphis campground the following day we heard a grinding noise coming from the truck. We arranged to repark the RV and began to make phone calls. It was the Tuesday after Memorial weekend, so the response to both nearby dealers was "we're slammed". Having little choice, I took the truck to Gossett where I was met by Bob Flowers. Bob was sympathetic to our need to get back on the road, and he arranged a loaner vehicle, but without making any promise to get to our truck right away. Much to our delight, we got a call first thing Thursday morning that the truck was ready. They had found a bad actuator, ordered and obtained a new one via overnight delivery, replaced it and had driven it more than ten miles to ensure the problem was fixed. We have now been another five hundred miles down the road towing our fifth wheel without further problem. We are deeply grateful for the efforts of Bob and all the service technicians who helped us get back on the road in short order. Five stars to Gossett Dodge/Ram service!

Absurd

To keep this short I won't go into the entire experience let's just say it all came down to being completely unorganized and a hassle. My main complaint is the absurd price for "diagnostics" I had a leak in my trunk and was quoted $140 to diagnose. I know squat about cars. Over 24 hours after dropping my car off(I had an appointment) I received a call stating they would need an additional $140/ hour to diagnose. I declined the service, went to pick up my car and low and behold they hadn't even replaced to recall air bag. Another day and a half goes by, I pick up my car. The following day I decide to pour two bottles of water around the seam of the closed trunk. Opening the trunk I see where the water in coming in. I removed the liner and fix the problem for less than $4 and in under 30 minutes. Knowing zip about cars I fixed the problem using common sense. I would think these professionals would have used some of their knowledge and experience to have done something similar but instead they wanted to power wash it(overkill), take two hours and $280. Is this a case of taking advantage of a person or standard practice? Either of these options are unacceptable to me. Proceed with caution if you choose to take you're vehicle to Gossett Dodge service center. I won't be buying my next car from Gossett on account of their terrible service department practices. The staff were friendly but unorganized.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I found a car that interested me on their website. I called @ 1100 am to make sure the car was there & still available. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle @ 1230. Arrived @ 1215, & I was told that car is NOT available, that it was sold the night before. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Due to the different locations of Gossett Motor Cars, we utilize the options of cross selling from dealership to dealership in order to find the perfect car for our customers. There have been occasions when one dealership is not aware of a pending sale on a vehicle. Great buying experience

My wife and I just bought a Charger here and haven't had a better buying experience. Unlike most salespeople, Betty Tally, was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to us. Also, unlike most salespeople who only talked tome, Ms. Tally showed the car to my wife. This was important because it is her car and this is the only person to realize that. Finally, the business manager was excellent. He was not a pushy sales guy. He explained the options, went over everything and really made the buying experience pleasant.

Love my Fiat

I have bought two Fiats over the last few years (one used on new) from this dealership and from the same salesman, Darryl Anderson. He is great and I like the dealership. So far the service department has been pretty good about getting the oil changes done quickly and I have had no problems with the cars otherwise. These are fun cars to drive and I have had zero problems.

Crooks

I had my car towed to your facility Gossett Motor on 1901 Covington Pike Friday 8-12-16 for a gear shift replacement. I was called by Eric Wright on Monday 8-16-16 around 4:30 PM stating my car is ready for pick up; on the way Eric called back and stated he didn’t have the keys to my car. He stated the tech who worked on my car went home sick and he couldn’t locate my keys; I advised Eric I have my spare key with me I’m on the way to pick up my car. Upon my arrival Eric went to the service lot to retrieve my car for me he returned and stated someone has broken in your car; I went to the location and observed my driver side window knock out and my Pioneer Radio snatch out along with damage to my drunk where someone entered and stole my 500 piece Craftsman set of tools. I asked Eric will I be reimbursed for the damage to my car he stated no you have to file the claim on your insurance. I stated my car was brought to you in good faith of it being taken care of, Eric stated we have had several break ins on this lot. I know you have insurance for situation like this; Dodge is a $100 million company. I called the police to file a report it took them exactly 1hour and 27 minutes to respond after I called them a second time. I asked Eric could someone clean the glass out of the car for me; he stated the service center is closed there is no one here. Eric departed property when the police showed up leaving me to clean the broken glass from my window and interior. After filing the police report departed property mad as xxxx, I stopped at the service station on the way home to get gas; my car would not come out of park I was stuck at the service station with the same problem I brought my car to the service center for repair. I used my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and pulled my car back to my house. I had no way earlier knowing my car was not working properly because I had wait on the police to take finger prints therefor I didn’t touch anything.

Ok but not good enough

It wasn't the best or worst dealership I would just say they didn't seem to be really trying to work with me to get a deal done and I was really wanting to make a purchase. I had to wait hours thinking they had worked a great deal to only find out it was horrible waisted my time.
