Ed's Kia Forte5 Purchase

When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the sales manager,Chris, and a salesman, Marc, after we discussed what I was looking for and my budget, they showed me several possible vehicles which were discounted from the original MSRP and the finance programs that I was qualified for. I went for a test drive and made my selection of a beautiful Kia Forte 5 EX and the rest of the purchase process was simple and smooth.

Great service and clean facilities

The service representative (Ufredo) was friendly, helpful and explained the car's problems in layman's language. The inspection's read-out was easy to understand and let me know potential problems. Also, the waiting area was comfortable and the coffee was good.

I liked the way I was greeted and treated like I meant something to the dealership as a customer. They also washed my car. I was very appreciative of that.

Started out a little shakey, however once I was taken care of all attendants were courteous, attentive and very helpful and prompt.

They made the repairs quickly. They explained all work needed in detail before beginning. They also took time to point out the overall condition of my vehicle and what maintenance I would be looking at in the future.

Service, excellent envirement, goog human relation

I had a problem with my brakes. I showed up at opening of the dealership and i was received in a real professionnal manner by mister Scott Joiner. Needless to say that i was desperate. I though that showing up without an appointment, on a Friday meant not having my car for the weekend. Instead,i got my car back at 2.00 pm, and the car was fixed real well. Thanks to 'Phil Smith Kia 'for a job well done. A special thank to mr Scott Joiner.
